混凝土强度回弹换算表 一、混凝bai土回弹仪回弹值的计算方du法 1、计算测区平均回弹值,zhi应从该测区的16个回弹值中剔除3个最大dao值和3个最小值,余下的10个回弹值按下式计算:10式中Rm—测区平均回弹值,精确至0.1;Ri—第i个测点的回弹值。 2、非水平方向时按下式修正:RmRi110iRmRmRa式中Rm—非水平检测时测区的平均回弹值,精确至0.1;Ra—非水平状态检测时的回弹修正值,按附表查询。 3、水平方向检测混凝土浇筑顶面或底面时按下式修正:ttRmRmRabbRmRmRatb式中Rm、Rm—水平方向检测混凝土浇筑表面、底面时的测区回弹值平均值;bRat、Ra—混凝土浇筑表面、底面回弹值的修正值,按附表查询。 4、当检测时回弹仪既非水平状态有非混凝土的浇筑侧面时,应先修正角度,再修正浇筑面。 上述的内容就是混凝土回弹仪回弹值的计算方法,此外,需要注意的是:混凝土回弹仪在检测时,回弹仪的轴线应始终垂直于结构或构件的检测面,缓慢施压,准确度数,快速复位。

二、举例子如下: 泵送混凝土设计强度C50 柱子 现场回弹值(这是其中一根,每根柱子只有1个测区) 42 42 50 42 50 42 41 42 42 40 41 42 51 50 42 42 每层楼检测了6根柱子,其余5根的数据也差不多。 计算依据标准:《JGJ/T 23-2001 回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》 去掉3个最大值(51、50、50)、3个最小值(40、41、41)。 余下的10个回弹值,平均值:42.8 。 弹柱子是水平回弹,不用修正。

所有的测区数只有6个,不够10个,因此这六个测区选最小值进行评定。 碳化深度没有数据,设为0.5;(碳化深度大于2.0时,需钻芯) 查附录A“测区混凝土强度换算表”,得45.7MPa。 如果为泵送混凝土,再按附录B“泵送混凝土测区混凝土强度换算值的修正值”进行修正。这里设碳化深度为0.5mm,那么修正值为3.0MPa。 则最终的抗压强度为:45.7+3.0=48.7MPa(97.4%)

混凝土强度等级检测(回弹试验) 回弹法检测砼强度试用于工程结构普通砼抗压强度的检测。砼强度值的确定分为如下几个步骤: 1、回弹值测量 2、2、碳化深度值测量 3、3、回弹值计算 4、4、砼强度的计算 一、回弹值测量 1、一般规定:结构或物件砼强度检测可采用下列两种方式,其适 用范围及结构或构件数量应符合下列规定: (1)、单个检测:适用于单个结构或构件的检测。 (2)、批量检测:适用于相同的生产工艺条件下,砼强度等级相同,原材料、配合比、成型工艺、养护条件基本一致且龄期相近的同类结构或构件,按批进行检测的结构构件。抽检数量不得少于同批构件总数的30%且不得少于10件。 2、每一结构或构件的测区应符合下列规定: (1)、每一结构或构件测区数量应不少于10个。对某一方向尺寸小于米,且另一方向尺寸小于米的构件其测区数量可适当减少,但不应少于5个。 (2)、相邻两测区的间距应控制在2米以内。测区离构件端部或施

混凝土强度回弹换算表 回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度的基本原理:混凝土表面硬度与混凝土极限强度存在一定关系,回弹仪的弹击重锤被一定弹力打击在混凝土表面上,其回弹高度和混凝土表面硬度存在一定关系。这样可以利用回弹仪测试混凝土表面硬度,并结合混凝土碳化深度从而间接测定混凝土强度。 然而,这种检测方式得到的结果精度较低。不适用于表面和内容有明显质量差异的构件,结果受混凝土自身原材料、施工工艺、养护条件等众多因素影响较大。 但不可否认的是,回弹法用于检测混凝土的抗压强度已在我国得到了广泛的应用,实践证明,采用回弹法推定的混凝土抗压强值,对于处理工程质量问题具有十分重要的意义。 回弹检测方法 一、回弹仪检定 回弹仪检定周期为半年,当回弹仪具有下列情况之一时,应由法定计量检定机构按行业标准《回弹仪》JJG817进行检定:

1、新回弹仪启用前; 2、超过检定有效期限; 3、数字式回弹仪数字显示的回弹值与指针直读示值相差大于1; 4、经保养后,钢砧率定值不合格; 5、遭受严重撞击或其他损害。 注意还有保养要求,具体详规范! 回弹仪率定试验 二、抽检构件数量 按批进行检测的构件,抽检数量不宜少于同批构件总数的30%且构件数量不宜少于10件。当检验批构件数量大于30个时,抽样构件数量可适当调整,但不得少于国家现行有关标准规定的最少抽样数量 三、测区布置要求

混凝土强度回弹换算表 混凝土质量的主要指标之一是抗压强度,从混凝土强度表达式不难看出,混凝土抗压强度与混凝土用水泥的强度成正比,按公式计算,当水灰比相等时,高标号。 水泥比低标号水泥配制出的混凝土抗压强度高许多。一般来说,水灰比与混凝土强度成反比,水灰比不变时,用增加水泥用量来提高混凝土强度是错误的,此时只能增大混凝土和易性,增大混凝土的收缩和变形。 所以说,影响混凝土抗压强度的主要因素是水泥强度和水灰比,要控制好混凝土质量,最重要的是控制好水泥质量和混凝土的水灰比两个主要环节。此外,影响混凝土强度还有其它不可忽视的因素。 粗骨料对混凝土强度也有一定影响,所以,工程开工时,首先由技术负责人现场确定粗骨料,当石质强度相等时,碎石表面比卵石表面粗糙,它与水泥砂浆的粘结性比卵石强,当水灰比相等或配合比相同时,两种材料配制的混凝土,碎石的混凝土强度比卵石高。 因此我们一般对混凝土的粗骨料粒径控制与不同的工程部位相适应;细骨料品种对混凝土强度影响程度比粗骨料小,但砂的质量对混凝土

质量也有一定的影响,施工中,严格控制砂的含泥量在3%以内,因此,砂石质量必须符合混凝土各标号用砂石质量标准的要求。 由于施工现场砂石质量变化相对较大,因此现场施工人员必须保证砂石的质量要求,并根据现场砂石含水率及时调整水灰比,以保证混凝土配合比,不能把实验配比与施工配比混为一谈。 同时,混凝土质量又与外加剂的种类、掺入量、掺入方式有密切的关系,它也是影响混凝土强度的重要因素之一。混凝土强度只有在温度、湿度适合条件下才能保证正常发展,应按施工规范的规定予以养护。气温高低对混凝土强度发展有一定的影响。夏季要防暴晒,充分利用早、晚气温高低的时间浇筑混凝土;尽量缩短运输和浇筑时间,防止暴晒,并增大拌合物出罐时的塌落度;养护时不宜间断浇水,因为混凝土表面在干燥时温度升高,在浇水时冷却,这种冷热交替作用会使混凝土强度和抗裂性降低。冬季要保温防冻害,现冬季施工一般采取综合蓄热法及蒸养法。
