已有多层住宅加装电梯的可行性研究

摘要

多层住宅是中国居民的主体住房由于过去在技术和经济上的原因已建的多层住宅中尚有较多的遗留问题随着城市老龄人口的增长以及人们生活质量的提高居民出行在得到良好的陆地公共交通设施服务的同时也渴望得到便捷的垂直交通工具因此多层住宅加装电梯问题是一个具有现实意义的研究课题

对已多层有住宅加装电梯是一个综合性的系统工程涉及到跨学科方面的知识本文主要从建筑结构知识电梯专业技术知识等范畴讨论了上海地区已有多层住宅的结构特点加装电梯的空间使用电梯技术支持以及加装项目的管理及融资等问题在文章的最后以钢结构形式的外加井道为例利用有限元的方法分析了中心导向双点悬挂无机房电梯在运行载荷和地震作用下的反应探

RESEARCH ON THE FEASIBILITY OF INSTALLING

ELEVATOR TO THE EXTSTENT MULTI-FLOOR

BUILDING

ABSTRACT

The multi-floor building is the main housing in China. For the reasons of technology and economy, there still are some problems to be solved in the existent multi-floor buildings. Although, with the more old people and better life qualities, nowadays the resident have gotten nicer services on land public traffic, they are eager to get a convenient vertical vehicle. So the research on the feasibility of installing elevator to the existent multi-floor building is significative.

It is an all-around system to install elevator to the existent multi- floor building, which comes down to cross- disciplines. In this paper, many factors have been discussed, which include the characters of multi- floor buildings in Shanghai zero, the uses of space for installing elevators, the services of elevator technology and the management and investments of the installation project, etc. At the end of the paper, based on a supposed steel hoistway, the reactions of hoistway to building be made by finite element analysis method under the running status and

earthquake status.
