某W AP网站

一、版主职责

版主是论坛管理的核心人物，是网友关注的焦点，是所负责版面的灵魂所在。版主的权力代表了大家的信任，作为版主，要有真正的“公仆”气质风范。“版主”不是满足虚荣的称呼，更多的是一种责任。“某W AP网站”论坛管理团队由全体版主等管理人员组成。代表“某W AP网站”的整体形象，因此需要每位版主能够做到信任，团结，互爱，互助，视队伍中的成员为亲密无间的工作伙伴，同荣辱共进退，始终团结如一，形成团队凝聚力，不断完善管理，提升管理形象。

版主须遵守如下规则：

1、遵守论坛各项规章制度，遵守国家法律、法规，自觉维护论坛与个人形象。

2、及时筛选精华作品，删除违反论坛规定的言论。

3、及时维护所管理版块的正常秩序，积极参与调节及处理版内纠纷，确保所管理版块持续、健康地发展。

4、热情积极认真回答用户提问，虚心接受建议与批评，严禁使用任何攻击、谩骂等低俗词汇。

5、以疏导为主，慎用权力，耐心解答用户对于管理工作的质疑，严禁滥用职权打击报复。若用户对版面被删除的帖子存在询问和质疑，应及时给予解答，并宣贯论坛及版面治版方针，疏导用户。

6、妥善使用版主管理权限，不得利用版主权限干扰论坛及其他版块的建设。

7、若出现个人不能或不便解决的问题时，应及时向站务组工作人员汇报。

8、服从“某WAP网站”站务组管理，不得对站务组权限范围内行使的操作实施逆操作。

9、配合论坛开展的活动，不得使用版主权限对论坛开展的商业或非商业活动进行任何操作。

10、妥善保管版主个人用户密码信息，不得将用户密码转借他人使用。如遭遇密码泄露等特殊情况，请及时向站务组工作人员通报。

11、用户原创（转载）主题帖如果出现违禁（规）内容，版主可以适当加以编辑修改，否则不得无故编辑用户的主帖。

12、论坛目前实行24*7审核机制，对于审核人员直接删除的帖子，系统将自动产生一条系统消息通知该版版主，请版主不要关闭系统消息，及时接收系统消息，做好用户解释工作。

注：版主手册不断完善，以最新公布为准。请版主开通139邮箱，以便及时接收邮件通知。
