一、版主职责

版主是论坛管理的核心人物,是网友关注的焦点,是所负责版面的灵魂所在。版主的权力代表了大家的信任,作为版主,要有真正的“公仆”气质风范。“版主”不是满足虚荣的称呼,更多的是一种责任。“某W AP网站”论坛管理团队由全体版主等管理人员组成。代表“某W AP网站”的整体形象,因此需要每位版主能够做到信任,团结,互爱,互助,视队伍中的成员为亲密无间的工作伙伴,同荣辱共进退,始终团结如一,形成团队凝聚力,不断完善管理,提升管理形象。

版主须遵守如下规则:

1、遵守论坛各项规章制度,遵守国家法律、法规,自觉维护论坛与个人形象。

2、及时筛选精华作品,删除违反论坛规定的言论。

3、及时维护所管理版块的正常秩序,积极参与调节及处理版内纠纷,确保所管理版块持续、健康地发展。

4、热情积极认真回答用户提问,虚心接受建议与批评,严禁使用任何攻击、谩骂等低俗词汇。

5、以疏导为主,慎用权力,耐心解答用户对于管理工作的质疑,严禁滥用职权打击报复。若用户对版面被删除的帖子存在询问和质疑,应及时给予解答,并宣贯论坛及版面治版方针,疏导用户。

6、妥善使用版主管理权限,不得利用版主权限干扰论坛及其他版块的建设。

7、若出现个人不能或不便解决的问题时,应及时向站务组工作人员汇报。

8、服从“某WAP网站”站务组管理,不得对站务组权限范围内行使的操作实施逆操作。

9、配合论坛开展的活动,不得使用版主权限对论坛开展的商业或非商业活动进行任何操作。

10、妥善保管版主个人用户密码信息,不得将用户密码转借他人使用。如遭遇密码泄露等特殊情况,请及时向站务组工作人员通报。

11、用户原创(转载)主题帖如果出现违禁(规)内容,版主可以适当加以编辑修改,否则不得无故编辑用户的主帖。

12、论坛目前实行24*7审核机制,对于审核人员直接删除的帖子,系统将自动产生一条系统消息通知该版版主,请版主不要关闭系统消息,及时接收系统消息,做好用户解释工作。

注:版主手册不断完善,以最新公布为准。请版主开通139邮箱,以便及时接收邮件通知。

版主具有修改、删贴、封禁等特殊权限,须合理运用权限为掌友服务,封禁需给出理由。
