代换原则: 两个基本原则: ①、钢筋代换应经设计同意原则; ②、钢筋代换应遵照等强代换原则; 十个必须遵照的原则: ①、当构件配筋受裂缝宽度或挠度控制时,代换后应进行裂缝宽度或挠度验算原则。 ②、有抗震要求的梁、柱和框架,不宜以强度等级较高的钢筋代换原设计中的钢筋原则; ③、钢筋代换后的钢筋不混合原则;(即代换后不能形成不同级别的钢筋并肩工作现象) ④、钢筋代换后钢筋还应保持原有的平衡原则;(如梁下部原为2根16的钢筋,你不能用1根18+1根14) ⑤、钢筋代换后保证规范规定的最小、最大间距的原则;(如板筋不少于三根,受力筋最大间距在不大于200,最小间距不小于50;梁箍筋最大不大于300,小于不小于50;梁主筋间距不小于25,等等) ⑥、钢筋代换后保证规范规定的最小钢筋直径要求的原则; ⑦、钢筋代时时应考虑特殊构件的特殊要求;(如吊环只能用Ⅰ级钢筋,吊车梁的钢筋不允许代换) ⑧、钢筋代换应按受力面代换原则;(如非正压柱,必须按单侧面钢筋进行代换)

⑨、构造钢筋、措施钢筋代换不能减少根数;(如挑檐角筋、温度控制筋、梁内侧面构造筋) ⑩、钢筋代换必须符合规范规定的最大、最小配筋率的要求原则。(代换后的钢筋用量不宜大于原设计用量的5%,也不低于2%)。 ○11当构件受裂缝宽度或挠度控制时,代换后应进行裂缝宽度或挠度验算。 二、代换注意事项 钢筋代换时,必须充分了解设计意图和代换材料性能,并严格遵守现行混凝土结构设计规范的各项规定;凡重要结构中的钢筋代换,应征得设计单位同意。 1.对某些重要构件,如吊车梁、薄腹梁、彬架下弦等,不宜用HPB235级光圆钢筋代替HRB335和HRB400级带肋钢筋。 2.钢筋代换后,应满足配筋构造规定,如钢筋的最小直径、间距、根数、锚固长度等。 3.同一截面内,可同时配有不同种类和直径的代换钢筋,但每根钢筋的拉力差不应过大(如同品种钢筋的直径差值一般不大于5mm),以免构件受力不匀。 4.梁的纵向受力钢筋与弯起钢筋应分别代换,以保证正截面与斜截面强度。 5.偏心受压构件(如框架柱、有吊车厂房柱、桁架上弦等)或
