2014年11月2日下午，象征清华最高荣誉的2014本科生特等奖学金答辩会在清华大学上演，一名大四学生展示的成绩单震惊四座，赢得一阵掌声，20门学科，除了1门98分、4门99分之外，其他学科都是满分成绩单被传到网上后引起轰动，网友们纷纷膜拜，称这位大四学生是“清华学神”这名大四学生叫韩衍隽，是2011年安徽省高考理科总分第一名美国斯坦福大学一位终身教授评价道：韩衍隽已经超出了至今为止我对斯坦福大学里最优秀的高年级博士生的预期他高中时的班主任老师说，这个学生最主要的特点是做事情非常有规划性“比如什么时候吃饭、什么时候洗衣服、什么时候学习哪门课，什么时候学到哪一步，他都有规划他的自我管理能力特别强”了解他的朋友也认为，韩衍隽的强大来自他极强的自我管理能力听到这，大家可能已经猜到我今天演讲的主题了，没错，是自我管理能力顾名思义，自我管理能力是指人依靠主观能动性按照目标，有意识、有目的地对自己的思想、行为进行转化或控制的能力可能在座的各位大多数会出现这样的情况：在学校的时候本打算回到家里这样，而真正回到家之后却这样，或者这样，那么比较不幸，你的自我管理能力还有待提高不过请不要担心，相信今天的演讲会对你有所帮助为什么有些人可以干什么像什么，样样精通；而有些人看起来忙忙碌碌却无所作为其中最
