急诊护理管理中存在的问题和对策分析

[摘要] 急救护理为急救医学体系中重要构成部分，其中急救中的相关护理人员为工作中重要力量支持。急诊科为各医院第一线中最前哨，为对危重患者实施抢救的关键阵地，在实施救治的过程，护理整体质量对疾病救治效果、患者生命安全存在直接的重要性影响，因此护理管理方面的工作尤为重要。但急诊护理中现存在一系列的问题，故该文对急诊护理管理实施过程中的现存具体问题进行分析，并提出相应的解决对策。

[Abstract] The emergency nursing is an important component in the emergency medical system， and the related nursing staff in the emergency are an important forces， and the department of emergency is in the first line in various hospitals， and it is a key place of rescuing the critically ill patients， in the treatment course， the nursing holistic quality has a direct and important effect on the treatment effect and life security， therefore， it is very important to implement the nursing management work， but there are a series of problems in the emergency nursing， and the paper analyzes the specific problems in the implementation course in the emergency nursing management and puts forwards the corresponding solutions.

急诊科特点主要表现为危、急、重类型患者较多，且工作节奏较快，病患家属通常处于焦躁担心的状态。医院中相关护理人员若在抢救、急诊时护理操作处理稍出现失误，则极易引发医患间的冲突纠纷。为争取护理人员和患者间达到互利效果和降低医护纠纷出现率、提升整体医护质量、确保医护人员及患者自身安全，因此对急诊护理管理中现存问题进行分析，并提出相关对策尤为重要。

1 急诊护理管理现存问题

1.1 急诊医疗自身特点

急诊医疗自身特点即为时间紧、病情急、涉及面较广、随机性大、病种类多、病死率高[1]。在患者病情的变化中，存在各种因素的医疗行为护理，同时存在超越服务的高科技护理

行为组合运转活动，其风险因其自身特点相对较高，再加以部分家属会因对疾病的认知不足，盲目责怪医院方面，因此医患方面主要矛盾为相关医疗纠纷事件出现的主要影响因素。
