The Story of Fox and Crow

One day, when then crow was looking for food, she found a big piece of meat in the corner. She decided to take it back and feed her hungry children. When the crow arrived home on the tree, the fox saw the meat in her mouth. He thought,“How can I get that piece of meat from the crow’s mouth and keep it for myself?” Suddenly he had an idea. “Good morning, Mrs. Crow ! People say your voice is beautiful, and you can sing very well. Could I be lucky enough to hear your sweet song?” said the fox. The crow was very glad to hear that. “Of course, I can…” As soon as she opened her mouth, the big piece of meat dropped down into the mouth of the fox.
