OISE总共有4大department、共计12个program。它们分别是：

Department of Applied Psychology and Human Development (AHPD)

应用心理与人类发展

主要涵盖教育心理学、早期教育、儿童教育、特殊教育、心理健康辅导、临床心理学等领域。具体program为（括号里代表该专业可以选择的学位）：

主要涵盖教师培训、第二语言教育、文学教育、大纲设计与研究等领域。具体program为：

- Language and Literacies Education (MEd or MA)

- Teaching (MT)

Department of Leadership Higher and Adult Education (LHAE)

领导力、高等与成人教育

主要涵盖成人教育、高等教育、社区教育、教育管理、领导力培训、教育政策研究等领域。

具体program为：

- Higher Education (MEd MA EdD or PhD)

- Adult Education and Community Development (MEd MA or PhD)

Department of Social Justice Education (SJE)

社会公正教育

主要研究教育与社会正义、政治、文化、历史、哲学、伦理、道德等元素的关系，以及如何

通过教育来创造一个更美好的社会。SJE是一个single-program department，也就是说它的具

体program就是social justice education (MEd MA EdD or PhD)。但是可以选择不同的侧重方向，比如：

- Gender equity

- LGBTQ community

- racialized and minority community

- Feminist studies

- Indigenous population

- Newcomers and immigrants
