and m easures shall be taken to protect the Contract Goods from

I n case the Seller use wooden package it shall be free from any insect infestation and with m ark of I PPC. Should insect infestation or no I PPC m ark be found in quarantine inspection, the Seller shall bear all the costs and expenses thus incurred, such as fum igation or replacem ent of package at the Port of Unloading, etc. 如果賣方選用木質包裝，包裝箱應為沒有昆蟲感染的，並且具有I PPC標誌。

7.DELI VERY/ 裝運：

9 . ARBI TRATI ON / 仲裁：

All disputes in connection with this Contract or the execution thereof shall be settled friendly through negotiations. I n case no settlem ent can be reached, the case m ay then be subm itted for arbitration to China I nternational Econom ic and Trade Arbitration Com m ission in accordance with its Rules of Arbitration prom ulgated by the said Arbitration Com m ission. The arbitration shall take place in Beijing and

the decision of the Arbitration Com m ission shall be final and binding upon both parties; neither party shall seek recourse

to a law court nor other authorities to appeal for revision of

the decision. Arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing party.

I n the course of arbitration, both parties shall continue to execute the present Contract except those under arbitration.

因執行本合同所發生的或與本合同有關的一切爭議,買賣雙方應通過

友好協商解決,如經協商仍不能達成協議,則應提交中國國際經濟貿

易仲裁委員會按其程式進行仲裁。

仲裁地點為中國北京，該仲裁委員會的裁決為終局的，對雙

方均有約束力，任何方不得訴諸法庭或其它部門申請對其作出更改。

除仲裁委員會另有規定外，仲裁費用由敗訴方承擔。

在仲裁期間，除正在進行仲裁的部分外，雙方應繼續執行本

合同的其他部分。
