I wanted to visit Beijing for a long time . this summer my dream came true . I went there with my parents for summer vacation. When I got there,I was surprised at the modern city with a long history.

It was fine . I went for a school trip with my classmates today.

At 8:00, we met at the school gate and then started out for the People’s Park. The bicycle ride took us half an hour.

Healthy Eating

Many students like eating fast food , such as hamburgers, fresh fries and fried chicken. They think fast food tastes very delicious. But they don’t know it is bad for their health. If someone eats fast food for a long time ,he will became overweight easily. I think it’s very important for us to have a good diet and a healthy eating habit . we should eat different kinds of foods. We’d better eat more fruit and vegetable and less meat. In short , we should eat not only our favorite food but also other healthy food.

Healthy habits are very important for us . we must have enough food to keep us healthy. Breakfast is necessary. It gives us energy for the morning. We must

also have the right kinds of food. Don’t forget to wash your hands before meals . staying up late at night is bad for our health. If we can’t get enough sleep , we may have a headache . we should go to bed and get up early . it’s necessary for us to take exercise. Exercise will keep us active and strong.

All of us want to be healthy . First ,I think sleeping is important. Usually we need about eight hours’sleep every night so that we’ll feel active the next day. Second , a healthy diet is also important. Fresh vegetables and rfuit are good for us .We shouldn’t eat too many snacks and fast food, such as hamburgers.
