health habits

Different people have different health habits.Now let me tell you something about my health habits.
We should eat plenty fruit such as apples,bananas,oranges and so on.We can get Vitamin D from them,they are good fot our health.But junk food is bad for our health,so we mustn't often eat them, they are unhealth food.
We should wash our hands before meals and bursh our teeth twice a day.We can't stay up late or we will be late for school and feel sleepy in class,so we should go to bed early.
Exercise can improve our bones health,so we should do morning exercise every day.After meals we can take a walk in the park but we mustn't play sports at once after meals or you will have a stomachache.
I think it's important to have health habits.I should do more exercise and eat less junk food.
