ICP－AES法测定10种蒙成药中四种重金属元素的含量

【摘要】目的：测定十种蒙成药中 As、 Pb、 Hg、 Cd 4种重金属元素的含量。方法采用V（HNO3）＋V（H2 O2）＝5＋3为溶样试剂，微波消解与电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪联用。结果表明测定的各元素检出限介于0.048～1.036μg· L－1之间，加标回收率在94.5％～103.6％之间，RSD＜2.4％。结论该法简单、快速、准确，适合同时测定食品中的元素。%Objective The study on the contents of harmful elements ( As, Pb, Hg, Cd) in Mongolian medicine is carried on with inductively coupled plasma -atomic emission spectrometry ( ICP -AES ) . Methods after micro wave digestion with V ( HNO3 ) +V ( H2 O2 ) =5 +3 mixture , under optimum conditions.Results The results showed that the detection limits were between 0.048~1.036 μg L -1 , the average recoveries between 94.5 to 103.6%and RSD<2.4%for the four elements .Conclusion So the method is simple , rapid, accuracy and suitable for simultaneous determination of these elements in extruded food .
