In the early stages in a new relationship while you are discovering new things about your partner, many conflicts and disagreements will arise, which should be addressed appropriately by both because if you think you can save a relationship alone you are sadly mistaken. As the relationship matures over time many issues can be resolved through compromise and by understanding that you both have different needs and ideas. Cultural differences between partners can make a relationship experiencing problems even more difficult, and can be a true test of how strong your relationship really is.

You may think you can save a relationship alone, but in reality both partners have to put in the necessary effort and discuss ways and methods that can be pursued to find solutions. In most cases both of you will rather try and save the relationship especially if you really love one another, so the answer to the question is clearly no! When both partners agree that the relationship is experiencing problems, then understanding what these issues are, and the reasons behind them is the first step. The comfort of knowing that you do not have to save the relationship alone makes looking for the solution a lot simpler because both of you will want to work the problems out together.

There are many different avenues that can be explored to save your relationship. The spark needs to be put back into your feelings and quality time spent with one another without outside influences is a good idea. A weekend away to somewhere special gives you the chance to discuss the problems that caused the misunderstandings. This alone time and knowing that you do not have to save the relationship alone will give you confidence that all is not lost. When you are relaxed in each other's company, then discussing the problem you were facing becomes so much easier.

Getting together and assessing the status of your relationship is a very important answer to the question: whether can you save your relationship alone. Both of you will have made mistakes and the realization of what these are will give you time to reflect on methods and compromise to help avoid future problems that are similar in nature.

Passage Two

Quality family relationships are becoming increasingly important in our society. With pressures and issues children are facing today, the need for open communication and positive family relationships is vital. Today's children also face dangers not known of in the past. Children are being taught not to blindly obey an adult's requests if it could be a safety risk. As a result, adults are no longer perceived as infallible and children are encouraged to think or decide for themselves and be more assertive than children in previous generations.

Most parents want their children to feel free to talk to them; yet don't always know how they can foster it. It helps if parents can remember that communication involves proper timing and both talking and listening. When children have a problem, their parents' efforts at "listening" often result, instead, in lecturing and offering advice. Unsolicited advice provides little opportunity for children to share their feelings and can result in children becoming reliant on others' influence. In turn, these children may develop inadequate decision-making skills as they mature.

Most parents can be very accepting about most of the feelings their children have, unless they say something that makes the parent angry, anxious, or uncomfortable. Effective listening involves a respectful attitude, concentration, eye contact, and an effort to stop and think about when to be silent and when or how to respond. A simple nod or word of acknowledgment will let a child know you are listening. When listening, avoid probing questions like "Why?". These questions shift the focus from feelings to analyzing and children may interpret it as a denial of their feelings. Instead, tune into the feelings, and then put the feeling word into a sentence. This will show that you understand and accept how they feel. Children of all ages learn how to identify their feelings and solve their own problems when parents help give their feelings a name.

Sometimes children will express their negative emotions in inappropriate ways, such as yelling. Parents can allow children to feel angry but share specifics about how they can express their anger in acceptable ways. Help them generate ideas for constructive ways to express their anger. When parents have negative feelings or want more cooperation from their child, they also need to respectfully express themselves. Instead of ordering, focus on the problem without blaming and give children a chance to decide for themselves what actions they need to take.

Passage One

Every thought and emotion you have constantly contributes to the state of your overall health. Scientists have now proven that being kind boosts your immune system. Can you believe it? Isn't that amazing? But of course we already knew that, didn't we? The body mirrors the mind perfectly; so what takes place in the mind, takes place in the body, thus the mind-body connection.

When we experience an emotion, a chemical reaction takes place within our body. An emotion is felt and a corresponding hormone is released. For example when we feel stressed our body releases adrenaline into our system to help cope with it. Alternatively when we feel joyous our body releases endorphins, which provide a sense of satisfaction and well being. It is this chemical release that connects the mind to the body and impacts our health.

The chemicals released into our system attach to our cells by way of receptors. All cells have receptors and are therefore capable of connecting with the hormones from every emotion we feel. When the chemical attaches to the cell, it sends a signal into the cell that in turn creates a biochemical event inside the cell. Enough of the heavy stuff though, basically what that means is it changes the state of the cell and therefore changes you internally.

We as human beings have an enormous array of emotions we feel continuously, whether we are aware of it on a conscious level or not. All emotions have a charge that we feel as positive or negative. Moment by moment we are releasing emotional charges into our bodies and most often unaware that we are feeling anything at all. In society as a whole, we have become so totally disconnected from our emotions.

When we experience any of the positive emotions such as happiness, joy, passion or love, our bodies are in a state of homeostasis which is physiological equilibrium within our bodies involving a balance of functions and chemical composition. Basically our whole body is in balance and we feel amazing.

Positive emotions allow us to feel good physically, mentally and emotionally. The more we feel good, the more we feel good. So here is a perfect reason why we would endeavor to live our life from a place of happiness.

Passage Two

According to a recent survey on money and relationships, 36 percent of people are keeping a bank account from their partner. While this financial unfaithfulness may appear as distrust in a relationship, in truth it may just be a form of financial protection.

With almost half of all marriages ending in divorce, men and women are realizing they need to be financially savvy, regardless of whether they are in a relationship.

The financial hardship on individuals after a divorce can be extremely difficult, even more so when children are involved. The lack of permanency in relationships, job and family life may be the cause of a growing trend to keep a secret bank account hidden from a partner, in other words, an "escape fund".

Margaret's story is far from unique. She is a representative of a growing number of women in long-term relationships who are becoming protective of their own earnings.

Every month on pay day, she banks hundreds of dollars into a savings account she keeps from her husband. She has been doing this throughout their six-year marriage and has built a nest egg worth an incredible $100,000 on top of her pension.

Margaret says if her husband found about her secret savings he'd hurt and would interpret this as a sign she wasn't sure of the marriage. "He'd think it was my escape fund so that financially I could afford to get out of the relationship if it went wrong. I know you should approach marriage as being forever and I hope ours is, but you can never be sure."

Like many of her fellow secret savers, Margaret was stung in a former relationship and has

since been very guarded about her own money.

高校网络教学平台的现状与应用研究 □杜海艳司玲玲王亚楠【摘要】网络教学平台是网络教学过程中的支撑环境，是现代化教育发展的必然选择。本文首先对高校网络教学平台的现状进行了分析，然后对教学平台应用中的问题进行了探讨。【关键词】高校；网络教学；教学平台【基金项目】本文为河北省教育厅科学研究计划项目“高校网络教学平台的设计与研究”（编号：Z2009409）成果。【作者简介】杜海艳（1974．5 ），女，河北文安人，邯郸学院软件职业技术学院副教授，硕士，研究方向：计算机网络技术司玲玲（1978．1 ），女，河北邯郸人，邯郸学院信息工程学院讲师，硕士，研究方向：计算机应用技术王亚楠（1977．4 ），女，山东冠县人，邯郸学院信息工程学院讲师，学士，研究方向：计算机应用技术一、引言高校网络教学平台随着计算机及网络通讯技术的迅猛发展，自上世纪90年代中后期发展至今，已经从简单的课程展示和资源共享，过渡到了学生利用教学平台进行自主学习的模式。网络教学平台是真正实施基于Internet开展现代化远程教育的支撑环境，为网络教学的学习者和教师提供教授、学习、答疑、讨论以及作业处理等教学过程的支持。通过网络教学创造数字化教学环境，加速教育观念、教学方式和内容的改革，提高教育教学的质量和效率。网络教学平台目前在高校已经基本普及。二、高校网络教学平台的现状网络教学平台是网络教学过程中的支撑环境，是现代化教育发展的必然选择，我国早已明确的提出要以教育信息化引领教育改革，要以信息化带动教育的现代化，并相继出台了一系列关于推进我国教育信息化的政策和措施。目前在我国高校中应用较多的网络教学平台主要有以下几类，首先交流与沟通，培养学生的合作意识、团队精神和职业道德，使小组之间取长补短，优势互补。（三）建立开放的实验室。开放式实验教学是一种现代化教学方式，实验室在时间和空间上双重开放，变实验由“要我做”为“我要做”。这样学生在实验前就必须预习、查阅相关资料，精心准备，对于实验中出现的的问题也会主动想方设法解决，使学生养成良好的学习习惯，教师只起指导作用及提供技术服务。（四）Proteus和Keil软件引入教学。针对有些学校的单片机实验设备数量上很有限，并且设备比较陈旧，随着招生规模的扩大，已经很难满足实际的教学要求，因此可以利用Proteus和Keil软件建立虚拟的单片机仿真实验室。Proteus 与Keil软件的整合过程就是建立一个软硬件联合仿真系统的过程。在单片机应用系统中，Proteus作为硬件仿真和调试界面，Keil作为软件调试界面。Proteus软件支持微处理器的仿真，并能与常用的编译器Keil进行协同调试。整个过程与真实的硬件调试极其相似，在动态外设支持下的实时输入和输出为实验者提供了一个最接近现实的调试环境。Proteus和Keil构建单片机实验仿真环境时，常用的方法有如下两种：一是Proteus和Keil离线联合使用；二是Proteus 和Keil在线联合仿真调试。利用Proteus软件绘制硬件电路原理图，利用Keil软件进行源程序的编辑、编译、调试等生成．hex文件，然后把．hex文件装载到原理图当中，进行单片机应用系统的仿真，在各种实验步骤正确无误的情况下，在Proteus界面中就可以观察到和实际设计相吻合的实验结果。利用这种虚拟单片机仿真实验室不但大大节省了硬件资源，同时提供了很好的开发环境。在进行具体项目开发的时候，完全可以先通过仿真设计验证，再进行实际项目的制作。四、结语本文针对当前单片机实践教学的现状及存在的问题，提出了单片机实践教学改革的具体措施。通过对单片机实践教学的改革，激发了学生学习的积极性、主动性，提高了学生的创新能力和综合素质。既体现了单片机课程的自身特色，又有助于学生有效掌握所学知识，缩短从理论知识到实际应用的过程，培养了学生的专业兴趣，有利于提高其实际应用能力，为培养符合社会急需的“应用型、技能型”高级人才起到积极的作用。【参考文献】 1．李自清．“单片机原理”实践教学改革初探［J］．科技信息，2008 2．陈刚．单片机实践教学的问题与对策［J］．安徽电气工程职业技术学院学报，2005 3．龙志强，施晓红等．“任务驱动法”在单片机系统设计教学中的实践［J］．实验室研究与探索，2008 4．刘兰波．“单片机原理及应用”实践教学改革的探索［J］．经济与科技，2007 · 702 ·
