初中英语教育随笔篇1：初中英语高效课堂教育随笔追求课堂教学的高效率，是每一位教师追求的目标，它是教学过程的最优化，课堂效果的最大化，是师生完美配合的结晶。经过学习，我认识到高新课堂的重要性。构建高效课堂是我们每一位教师毕生都要研究的课题，把老师和学生都从题海和加课中解放出来，让教师快乐地教，让学生快乐地学。那么，在教学中如何来提高课堂的有效性呢?通过反思自己平时在教学中存在的一些问题,我认为应该从以下几个方面去努力。

第一，改变教学观念和教学方式。消除由于教师讲得过多、学生参与过少而导致的靠大量课后作业来完成教学任务的问题，逐步解决忽视学生情感、态度、价值观目标实现的问题。

第二，认真学习校本培训。反思自己的教学，发现自己在很多情况下，自己对课标与课本的学习与研究还不足，这样就影响和制约了课堂驾驭能力，课堂驾驭能力反过来也就影响了课堂教学的效率。

第三，认真备课，尤其要认真备学生。平时自己在备课时，只习惯于备教学内容，而忽视备学生。试想如果不去研究学生对所教内容的掌握情况，不去研究学生的个体差异，一切从本本出发，课堂教学的适切性就会大打折扣，课堂教学的高效更无从谈起。

第四，认真研究和设计好课堂提问。在真实、常态的课堂教学中，经常发现自己所提的问题本身就有问题，无效问题、假问题、无价值问题充斥课堂，这样的提问耽误了学生宝贵的课堂学习时间，也影响了课堂教学效率的提高。因此，今后要高效地完成课堂教学任务，就必须注重对课堂提问的研究，所提的问题必须是有价值的、有启发性的、有一定难度的，整个课堂的问题设计必须遵循循序渐进的原则。

第五，加强对课堂节奏的把握和管理。课堂上，有时给学生提出问题，学生还没来得及思考，就马上要求其回答，这样不仅浪费了学生课堂思考的时间，而且有效性很差。这种形式主义的教学方式使无效劳动充斥课堂，严重影响了课堂教学的效率。有时让学生阅读课文、讨论、交流、做巩固练习等，不提任何时间和标准的要求，学生漫无目的地阅读与交流，课堂组织松散，时间利用率低。有时只对学生提出比较笼统的要求，学生不明白教师要他们干什么和要他们怎么干，这样，学生就失去了教师的有效指导。因此，要给学生一定的思考时间和思维空间，要减少“讲与听”，增加“说与做”，尝试“教与评”。

著名的教育家苏霍姆林斯基曾说过：“如果教师不想方设法使学生进入情绪高昂和智力振奋的内心状态，就急于传授知识，那么，这种知识只能让人产生冷漠的态度，而不动感情的脑力劳动就会带来疲倦”。课堂教学是师生的双边活动，要学生参与的人数，还要看学生参与的质量。

活力的课堂，教师通过对课堂教学的预设而期待课堂教学的成功。但实际上伴随着课堂教学活动的开展，也会“生成”出许多无法预知的精彩。若我们教师能以此为契机，及时捕捉和善于利用，那么，一个个超越预想、带着美丽的精彩会向我们款款走来，使我们的课堂呈现出诗一般的美丽。以下笔者利用教学中出现的实例来探讨如何营造生成性的英语课堂教学。

一、精彩，生成在学生的“错误”里

布鲁纳曾说过：“学生的错误都是有价值的”。学生的错误是教学中必然出现的片断，教师要认识到学生的学习实际上是一种在不断发生错误、纠正错误的过程中，去获得知识，提高能力和增进情感体验的。

牛津初中英语教材7A Unit 4学习内容涉及到“There be”的句型结构。在教学过程中，大部分学生能够在口头上熟练使用此句型，可是一落实到笔头就是漏洞百出。出现同样情况的还有学习现在进行时态时，学生书写出来的时态结构总是要么缺少Be动词，要么忘记加上动词的+ing形式。面对这种必须要解决的情况，怎么办?在一节课上我组织学生运用现在进行时态表述伙伴的动作，而让另外一个学生进行文字记录，三人一组，轮流交替，最后相互检查比较文字表达中的时态结构的完整程度。学生们在这样的小组活动中迸发出了极高的热情和认真态度，他们非常介意自己的“作品”是否完美，也更能在别人的错误中吸取教训，课堂教学的最后效果明显比教师的单一纠3 / 8

错和大声训斥来得好。

教学中学生出现的“错误”是一种重要的课程资源，善于挖掘并运用“错误”将会给课堂教学带来活力。捕捉学生学习过程中出现的错误，发现错误背后所隐藏的教学价值，是教师教学机智的表现。教师怎样引导学生自行纠错更是一种独特的教学艺术。

二、精彩，生成在老师的“随机”中

课堂教学过程的预设一般来说是井井有条、紧凑严密的教案文本，而在实际课堂教学中教师如能在把握好教学基本目标的前提下，顺应学生的学习状态，捕捉教学中的动态信息，则能让课堂教学充满生命的趣味，让师生间的互动显得生机勃勃。例如有一节课我正在黑板上板书好May和Can两个情态动词，准备进行这节语法课的教学时，一个迟到的学生急匆匆冲到门口大声问“May I come in?” 我略一思考，没有立即答复却反问“Pardon?”，直到这位学生重复了三遍后，我便在学生们的惊异中开始了情态动词May用法的教学。这虽然是一次别样的课堂导入，却也让教室内的同学体味到了语言的真实运用和它的生命力。

在牛津初中英语教材8A Unit 4 Integrated skills这一课时教学中，课堂上曾出现这样的一次小插曲。讲到野生动物面临的危险之一是生活区域的丧失时，我板书好短语loss of living areas后，立即有同学指出，老师写错了单词，把lose写成了loss!(lose已学过，loss 是生词)，在听到其它同学的赞同声后，我立马停止了这一4 / 8

环节的教学，带着学生们的质疑转入到词汇学习，并让全体同学查寻这两个词汇，比较形式与意义上的差别，随后板书在黑板上：lose(动词) →loss(名词) →lost(形容词)。并引申到后一章节即将要学习的词汇辨别上，如象以下词形的区别：noise(名词)→noisy(形容词)→noisily(副词)等等。最后我在学生们的恍然大悟中又转回到正常的教学环节上。这个插曲是由学生的质疑中引出的，但在教师随机及时的反馈中获得了知识上的提高。

三、精彩，生成在师生“互动”内

在英语课堂教学中，教师运用自己的教育智慧，关注学生的动态发展。师生、生生之间任何一些小小的交流都有可能产生宝贵的生成性资源，教师应该允许学生个性化的语言、个人思想情绪的流露，鼓励学生创造性的反驳和个性上的张扬。如在学习《牛津初中英语》8A Unit 4中的“The story of Xi Wang” 这篇课文时，师生们在讨论保护大熊猫应当采取的措施讨论中，同学们讲出了许多教材上没有提及的好的措施，如“Grow more bamboos in nature reserves.”(在保护区种植更多的竹子)，“Don’t cut down trees and forests any more.”(不要再滥砍滥伐了)，也有调皮的学生讲出了“Kill the hunters!” (杀死捕猎者!)，引得全班同学哈哈大笑。面对这种情形，如果教师一味指责学生的“出轨”，无疑会让学生背上害怕表达自己观点的负担，不利于语言学习中的习得。学生是个独立的思想个体，教师要善于正确疏导学生思想情绪的流露。面对这位同学的观点，我5 / 8

紧跟着提出如下假设：”If you need much money to buy you r favourite bike now , what will you do then? Work hard for it or rob others of their money? (想要钱买自行车，是努力劳动获取还是抢夺别人钱财?)这个问题看似简单，可在课堂讨论的气氛中却让学生思索到有些事情的解决需要一个过程，而不能采取简单粗暴的方式。教师的知识储备较多，在同学生的思想互动中，能善于发现各种有价值的资源，给学生质疑、争论的机会，并加以引导，点拨，让学生带着知识、思考、经验溶入课堂，会呈现出课堂的丰富性、多变性、自主性、创新性。也会让整个教学进程洋溢着浓浓的人情味和生活的气息。

叶澜教授说：“课堂应是向未知方向挺进的旅程，随时都有可能发现意外的通道和美丽的风景，而不是一切都必须遵循固定路线而没有激情的行程。” 课堂教学中学生资源生成的开发和利用源自于教师的积极引导，也源自于教师富有创意的教学调整。作为教学活动的主导者，教师如果能够敏锐地观察和捕捉教学中不断闪现的生成性资源，必然会让英语课堂呈现出精彩的一面。

初中英语教育随笔篇3 作为一名初中英语教师，如何让学生在有限的课堂时间里学好英语这门语言，教育教学中有太多的东西值得我去深思，去探索。通过九年的工作实践，我认识到，英语教学不应该只满足于对单词、句型的概念化解释和程序化分析，那样只会使教学内容平淡、课堂气氛沉闷，使学生不能全身心地投入到英语学习中来，6 / 8

一.培养学生学习英语的兴趣：

“兴趣是最好的老师”。让学生先动口模仿，这样可以训练正确的语音语调，还可以培养口头上运用语言的能力。有了这种能力就为大胆地说英语奠定了基础，

二.勇创双语教学特色，营造英语氛围。

1.在教学过程中尽可能少地说汉语，而是以英语为主体，利用手势、眼神、动作、音调等辅助手段来帮助学生理解教学内容;并且在教学过程中创设各种情景对话，通过直接的语言交流来帮助学生建立语感。通过这种方式组织教学，能增加学生的语言实践机会，营造语言氛围，培养学生直接用英语思维、表达的习惯。

2.英语作为一种语言，其教学应该融入一定的情境之中。可通过课堂表演来创造一定的语言环境，给孩子营造一方自由发展、自由发挥的天地;并且可为学生提供自主学习和交流的机会，给每位学生自我表现和自我发展的时间和空间。

3.鼓励学生通过参与体验、实践、合作、探索等方式，发展听、说、读、写的综合能力和整体素质。要求学生在学校见到老师、同学，用英语打招呼;在英语课堂，尽可能用英语进行交流;在课外，也要鼓励孩子们尽可能使用英语。把英语教学融入日常生活中的各个环节，让学习成为生活的一部分，让生活成为学习的延续。

三、关注学生情感，创造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

1.尊重每个学生，鼓励他们积极尝试，及时发现他们的进步并给予相应的表扬，保护他们的自尊心和积极性。

2.创设各种合作学习活动，促进学生互相学习、互相帮助、体验成功、合作发展。

3.关注后进生和性格内向的学生，尽可能为他们提供正确表现自我的机会，让每一次小小的突破成为他们进步的基石。

4.建立融洽的师生关系，经常和学生一起交流和探索，了解学生所想所需，做到教学相长。

四、加强学习方法指导，帮助学生学会学习。

1.积极创造条件，让每个学生都参与到学习活动中来。

2.结合语言情境，让学生通过实践和运用来深化学习。

3.进行自我评价，根据各自的不同状况进行查漏补缺。

中学英语教学的目标是要通过听、说、读、写训练，帮助学生学会如何正确使用英语，并具备一定的英语口头表达能力。这一主线贯穿整个教学的全过程。其中，听、说训练尤为重要，训练的途径也是多样化的。所以，英语教学必须因材施教，因人施教;并且在教学过程中要联系实际，不断探索、不断实践、不断反思，这样才能在教育教学中不断进步和完善。
