Step one : Review:
What’s your favourite food? My favourite food is rice.
What’s your favourite fruit? My favourite fruit is apples.
What’s your favourite meat? My favourite meat is fish..
Step two: New words and phrasses:
Dance listen to music play computer game play football read run sing walk look Watch television hobby.
Teach the students to read the words and phrasses.
Step three: Listen and number.
Listen to the tape and number the picture.
Step four: Listen and match
Listen to the tape and match the dialogue with the picture
What’s your favourite sport?
I like football.
Do you like computer games?
Yes, I like reading and computer games.

Explain some sentences:
I like reading. 注意“Like”后要跟“动词的ing”形式即“现在分词或动名词”。
如:I like dancing / running /swimming / sing /piaying games…………..
而动词+ing的结构有三点:
(1), 一般的在词尾直接+ing . (2),以不发音的原音字母e结尾的要去e + ing.
(3),以重读闭音节结尾而且末尾只有一个辅音字母的要双写这个辅音字母再+ing.
Such as: read—reading walk—walking dance—dancing write—writing
Run—running swim—swimming get—getting etc.
I like reading. 这是一个陈述句。把它变成一般疑问句就是Do you like reading?
Yes, I do . No, I don’t .
这里要简单讲讲“陈述句变成一般疑问句的”变化方法:即借用助动词“do单三人称用does”。
如:I like playing football.------- Do you like playing football? Yes, I do . No, I don’t .
He likes running, ----------Does he like running? Yes, he does . No, he doesn’t .
练习:1、把下面的动词变成动词的现在分词形式。
Sing-----_______. walk-----________. play-------_______.run----______. Dance-----________. Like-----______. Swim-----__________.
2、把下面的句子变成一般疑问句并作肯定或否定回答。
I liker unning.__________________.
She likes swimming.____________________
I like basketball.________________.
Jack likes red colour.____________________

Listen to the tape and fill in the blanks to complete the sentences in Part 5.

Step eight :归纳本节课的所学内容。突出重、难点。

教学反思:通过这一节的学习,大部分的学生都可以掌握所学内容,能记住所学的单词,并能很好地完成所布置的练习,只有以小部分的学生还存在一些问题,对于这些学生,老师在课后可以找时间对他们进行辅导,达到共同进步的目的。
