Conservation Or Development?

Nowadays, there is a widespread concern over environmental conservation. In fact, the debate about whether we should p rotect environment before economic development still doesn' t come to an end.

Some people are for the suggestion but others are strongly against it. Personally, I hold the opinion that protecting environment is the most important thing, which must be done at first. On the one hand, lack of resources will limit ou r development; on the other hand, the deterioration of the environment will do harm to our health. Without a healthy b ody, it is extremely useless to earn more money. What's mor e, we must leave a square inch of land for our children to farm.

To sum up, it is foolish to drain the pond to catch all the fish. The best idea is putting the environmental conservat ion in the first place for a better development.
