Visible Radiant Optical Sensors
TDK has developed the optical sensor of high sensitivity of the vis-ible light. This sensor uses an amorphous silicone semiconductor
on the glass substrate. The plastic film substrate type has been developed besides.
FEATURES
?It is high sensitivity in a visible optical area, and there is little sensitivity in the infrared rays area.
?The temperature coefficient is smaller than the photo-transistor. It is an environment friendly product because it does not contain cadmium etc.
?The glass substrate type can mount the surface with the lead free soldering.
?The design by the film substrate type can be possible, and it can mount on the curved surface. Moreover, thin type is about 0.2mm thickness.
