清华硕士找工作遭歧视屡碰壁

虽说皇帝的女儿不愁嫁，然而在招聘季，身为清华[微博]硕士的张仲栋却屡屡碰壁。面对记者采访，他颇显无奈，“好几次在终面时，招聘单位都会直言更青睐本硕都是‘985’‘211’的求职者”。

清华硕士求职屡碰壁只因“学历断档”

本科毕业于西北某普通高校的张仲栋在工作两年后考取了清华硕士，本以为走上人生坦途，没想到却在毕业时屡遭为难。

他告诉记者，“有些招聘单位明确表示要本硕都是‘985’‘211’，有些则会在我过了好几关到达终面时才告诉我对本科学历也有要求。”

他说，“开始我也很恼怒，质问过相关人员。但别人也有自己的道理，他们说有些规定是隐性的，只因为我是清华的所以给了笔试、面试机会，但在考核过程中并没有发现我比其他人强。”

谈起求职路上的酸甜苦辣，张仲栋说，“刚考入清华时肯定特别兴奋，觉得自己‘逆袭’了，但现在发现自己和土著(指本科就在本校就读的学生)相比确实有着不小差距。”

一位不愿透露姓名的招聘主管告诉记者，“专门有个描述张仲栋这种现象的名词叫‘学历断档’，即指本科毕业后重新上研的学生，也包括那些从非名校考入名校者。”

废除“985”“211”?网友观点严重分化

近日，有关教育部将废除“985”“211”称谓的消息在网上炒得火热。虽然已被辟谣，但网民对这一话题的热切关注不禁让人深思。说到“985”和“211”，就永远无法避开学生这一利益相关群体。在网络上，舆论也呈现两极分化状态：有人认为“985”“211”高校的硬性设置十分不科学，强烈建议废除;而另一方则认为存在即合理，不要瞎折腾试图废除。

非“985”“211”高校的王泽磊告诉记者，虽然自己并非“211”“985”高校毕业，但是他当年的高考[微博]成绩远超某些“211”“985”高校分数线。

他说：“我不觉得我们比那些‘985’‘211’高校学生差。而且现在找工作时很多招聘单位明着暗着要求‘985’‘211’高校学生，这是对我们的歧视。”

某重点高校学生唐蕾则不同意这种看法，她说，"985’‘211’首先是一项国家宏观政策，对于落后地区和农林类等高校的倾斜就是教育公平的体现，而且从大的范围讲，‘985’‘211’高校学生高考成绩总体还是超过普通高校的。”
