地中海贫血和缺铁性贫血鉴别诊断中血常规检测应用价值分析

【摘要】目的：探讨地中海贫血和缺铁性贫血鉴别诊断中血常规检测的应用价值。方

法：选择2014年10月-2015年10月笔者所在医院接诊的40例地中海贫血患者（THAL

组）、40例缺铁性贫血患者（IDA组）以及同期接受体检的40例健康人员（对照组）为研究对象。对三组人员的血常规各指标进行比较分析。结果：三组人员在Hb、RBC、RDW、MCV、MCH、MCHC水平上比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在THAL和IDA患者中，可以将血常规中的Hb、RBC、RDW作为区分鉴别的参考指标。血常规的检测可将THAL及IDA这两种贫血进行有效的区分鉴别，提供有效的临床依据，值得应用推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the application value of routine blood routine test in differential diagnosis of thalassemia and iron deficiency anemia.Method：40 cases of thalassemia patients（the THAL group），40 cases of iron deficiency anemia patients（the IDA group）admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015，and 40 cases of healthy persons underwent physical examination（the healthy group） in our hospital at the same period were selected as the objects.The blood indexs of the three groups were compared.Result：The differences were statistically significant among the three groups in Hb，RBC，RDW，MCV，MCH，and MCHC levels（P0.05）.Conclusion：For the THAL and IDA patients，Hb，RBC，and RDW in the blood routine test can be reference indexes in differential diagnosis，the blood routine test can effectively distinguish the two kinds of anemia，provide effective clinical basis，it is worthy of popularizing and application.
