同学们：

当前，大学生就业形势越来越严峻，随着大学招生人数的每年扩招，大学毕业生人数也在逐年大幅度地递增。以北京为例，1993年北京地区待分配的毕业生仅为300人，1994年增加到了600人，1995年增至2424人，1996年为2700人，1998这一数字激增到了8000余人。目前在各基层县市，挂在人事部门的大中专毕业生动辄数百上千。现在，正值大学生毕业求职之际，据了解，许多用人单位都要求应聘者的外语水平达到六级，有些单位则优先考虑取得六级证书的人。由此可以说，在竞争日益激烈而残酷的就业市场，拥有一口流利的英语，无异于如虎添翼，力量大增。

放眼望去，在大学毕业生中，“面霸”、“拒无霸”已是屡见不鲜。21世纪的单位和企业在面对激烈的竞争形式下，对所需的人才有了更进一步的要求。近些年来，随着经济社会发展的国际化，英语的重要性日益受到重视，无论是在大学校园还是在求职市场。对于大学毕业生而言，在就业市场上，每个人都是位于同一起跑线上，个人的实力无法在紧张、短促的时间里完全表现出来，这个时候，能比较的除了毕业学校外，拥有一口流利的了英语，无疑可以帮助求职者抢得起跑时间，在众多的竞争者中凸显自己的实力，获得鹤立鸡群的效果，并取得最后的胜利。

一、活动主题：“Chase our dreams and grasp the future”

二、主题说明：我们是年轻的一代，“追逐心中梦想，实现美好未来”是在校所

有大学生都应该具备的勇气和毅力，再用流利、“疯狂”的英语表达出来更能让这种勇气和毅力体现得淋漓尽致！本次活动的主题是“Chase our dreams and grasp the future”参加这次比赛你只会得到progress，不会让你失去了anything！有这样的机会你还在等什么呢？快来报名吧!

十、比赛内容与形式：

1、命题演讲：选手围绕就业、创业、择业这一话题，以“Chase our dreams

and grasp the future”为主题进行3分钟的命题演讲。

2、即兴演讲：选手现场抽取比赛题目进行2分钟的即兴演讲，即兴演讲的题

目在每位选手参赛前2分钟抽取取。

3、选手在比赛过程中会得到的提示

1) 定题演讲：在2分45秒时红灯会亮起直到3分15秒，在3分钟时工作

员会举起停止牌，在3分15秒时红灯熄灭，停止牌放下，表明选手超时

主持人上台终止选手演讲。

2) 即兴演讲：同理，1分45秒时红灯会亮起直到2分15秒，在2分时工作

员会举起停止牌，在2分15秒时红灯熄灭，停止牌放下，表明选手已超

时，主持人上台终止选手演讲。

4、出场顺序：由选手赛前抽签决定出场顺序，之后各环节以此为顺序。

十一、活动流程：

1、主持人出场，介绍本次大赛（1分钟）

2 、介绍本次大赛的出席嘉宾、评委以及评分标准（2分钟）

3、主持人介绍定题演讲以及回答问题及其比赛规则（3分钟）

4、选手开始第一部分的角逐，即定题演讲（3分钟/人）

5、主持人介绍第二部分的角逐——即兴演讲及其比赛规则（3分钟）

6、选手进行第二部分比赛，即兴演讲（2分钟/人）

（注：每位选手的抽签时间离上台时间为5分钟）

7、主持人宣布本次比赛结果，领导上台颁奖（15分钟）

十二、奖项设置：一等奖一名（个人或团体）

二等奖一名（个人或团体）

三等奖一名（个人或团体）

最佳演讲者一名

十三、活动可行性分析：

大学生正值风华正茂的年纪，激情四溢，需要一个展现自我的舞台，尤其在演讲方面最能体现大学生激情满怀的一面。本次活动为同学们提供了这个宝贵的平台一定会受到他们的广大欢迎。而英语要过四级，英语水平成为很多大学生就业的一道门槛，相信想提高英语的同学也有很多。所以综合考虑本次活动的可行性是很大的。

十四、注意事项：

1、由总策划人员及组委会成员负责对各各项工作的监督、协调和落实，负责整场晚会现场人员的安排各项事宜的分工，协调各部门的工作，解决突发事件；；

2、比赛结束后立即开展清理会场工作；

3、各负责人完成自己的工作后方可离开会场；

4、鼓励比赛的工作人员大胆创新、献计献策、团结协作、奋力拼搏

十五、活动经费预算：

会场布置50元，奖品100元，会场用水20元，花卉租用费30元，打印费20元，

总共220元

附：演讲比赛评分标准讲解：

每部分比赛根据4大标准为依据评分（①即内容；②英文水平/流利度和发音；

③语言风格和技巧/表达准确度；④综合效果/节奏控制和观众反映）

1.内容（40分）：这是针对发言本身的一个标准。演讲者应当向观众表述

一些有意义、有见解的发言，让观众在思想上受益。演讲者是否能让观众有所收获的离去呢？演讲主题必须是有重要意义的，但也不排除演讲者可以通过幽默手法表达出来。演讲是否包括开场白、主体以及一个意义深远的结尾？

2.英文水平/流利度和发音（20分）：流利程度可以通过演讲的韵律，语

速和连贯性来衡量.理想状况下，演讲中应有好的开端，不应出现重复或不恰当的停顿.标准的英国口音和一般美国口音是提倡的。

3.语言风格和技巧/表达和准确度(20分)：这里主要判断的是演讲者如何

说，而不是说什么内容。这个标准将判断演讲者如何用词，表达是否恰当，语法是否恰当。语法的恰当运用说明演讲者表达所说内容的能力。演示过程或演讲的表达过程的其中一项重要任务是做到有效交流。无论是令人印象深刻、令人悲伤、令人发笑还是令人深思，演讲者的外部表情应达到加强演讲主题的效果。演讲者运用的肢体语言必须能通过手势、表情和身体姿势来支持说话者的观点。手势是否有意义，或只是令人分散注意力而没含义的呢？

演讲时演讲者必须带着激情和肯定的态度，在乎观众的反应并对他们的反应持有信心。

4.综合效果/节奏控制和观众反映（20分）：虽然每个演讲者的风格不同，

但是演讲的主要目的时与观众达到交流。观看演讲时，观众的反应如何?观众的整体反映应该是以下之一：理解、满意、了解演讲者的意图。
