前言

美国放射学会和国家电气制造商协会组成一个联合委员会来发展医学成像和通讯(DICOM)。这个DICOM标准依照NEMA规程发展。

这个标准的发展与其它的标准化组织联系的有欧洲的CEN TC251,日本的JIRA,有IEEE、HL7和ANSI来复审。

1应用范围和领域
