step1 warm up

1. greeting.

2. the teacher shows thermometers and lets students answer weather. step2 presentation

1 .new words

thermometers there was minus 5 degrees celsius, snow appears sound. new word: snowy, snow – snowy

use listen said it way to teach other new words.

2. the teacher produce a calendar and circle specific dates, students association date of the season, guess the weather.

ppt presented on a china weather forecast maps, let a student do weather forecasters on the stage, and other students asked:whats the weather like in

一、教学目标

1、知识目标:(1)能听说认读单词rainy、windy、sunny、cloudy ….. (2)能听懂,会说:1.-what’s the weather like today?

-it’s sunny.

2.-what was the weather like yesterday?

-it was cloudy.

3. how cold it is today!

2、语言技能目标:能够用英语简单谈论天气情况。

二、引入课题

(一)

1、讨论天气,引出话题:今天天气怎样?希望星期天天气怎样?自己最喜欢什

么天气?最不喜欢什么天气?

2、通过讨论了解学生对天气情况已有的经验。

3、穿衣服和天气有什么关系?

(二)、讨论我们所喜欢的天气

1、我们知道有哪几种天气

2、讨论:除了我们还有谁关心天气?

2.引导学生分析感叹句的构成。

1. how + adj. + subject + verb!

五、游戏活动

1:坐井观天教师将准备好的井口图片拿出(一张和天气图片一样大小的纸片,中间挖空一个圆,作成井口的样子),把井口图依次覆

盖在不同的天气景象图上,慢慢移动,让学生在移动过程中,根据

井口所露的部分帮助小青蛙来猜测井外的天气。 2:比比谁的眼力

好教师把生词卡片装入大信封,慢慢抽动其中的一张,露出部分字母,让学生大声说出自己判断出的生词,随着词卡的逐步呈现,学

生可以在整个过程中不断调整,更改自己判断的生词。教师引导学

生在活动过程中总结本课生词的共同点(末尾都有字母y)游戏活动 3:转盘教师用课件呈现一张伦敦的大笨钟的图片,说:look!where is it?it’s london. what’s the weather like in london? guess! 接着教师转动手中的转盘(上面分5部分,分别写着5个天

气生词),让学生猜测:it’s sunny/…in london.等等。

4. 学生来演小小天气预报员(准备一张地图,画上天气的图标,让

学生当天气预报员)。

5. 摸宝

准备好单词卡片(有的写中文,有的写英文)和图画。将卡片和图画放入一只不透明的袋子里。游戏开始教师说,袋子里装的是许多宝物,让学生们上来轮流摸宝,如果摸到的是写有英文的卡片,则要英译汉;如果是中文,则要汉译英并拼读出来;如果是图片,则要看图

说一句话或一段话。

教学目标:

1.能听、说、认读本课主要生词:warm, cold, hot, cool, weather。

2.学会运用it’s cold in...,并会说唱歌谣。

3.了解世界主要城市的天气差异。

4. 能用“this is the weather report . it’s warm in beijing today .”的句型来介绍各地的天气。

教学重点:掌握单词:cold,warm,cool,hot,weather。学习句子this is the weather report . it’s warm in beijing today

教学难点:weather的发音和我国各地的天气状况是学生认识的难点。

教学过程:

一、导入新课

1.热身

(1)歌曲《our school》

(2)唱反调复习单词tall, short, small, big, fat, thin, strong, friendly, quiet, cute .

2.板书课题

(1)能听、说、认读单词:warm, cold, hot, cool 和 weather。(2)学会运用it’s cold in...,并会说唱歌谣。

二、探究新知

1.课件展示并教学单词weather ,warm, cold, hot, cool

2出示图片,进一步巩固上述单词。并学习句型it’s cold.等句子。 3听录音,展示课文内容。

4出示地图,练习句型it’s ?? in ??

三、巩固练习

学生看地图,用good morning.

this is the weather report.

it’s....in.....

thank you 播报天气。
