大学生英语演讲比赛策划书

社团文化活动丰富了大学生的课余生活，营造积极向上的校园文化艺术氛围，为大学生

提供展示自我的平台，能够充分展现当代大学生的青春活力。为进一步推进我省高校大学生

素质拓展工程，提高广大同学的英语应用水平，我协会现准备开展大学生英语演讲比赛。现

将活动方案策划如下：

【活动主题】

江苏技术师范学院大学生英语演讲比赛

【活动目的】

二十一世纪是高科技迅猛发展的时代，是国际交流更加频繁的时代。英语水平的提高对

国际之间的交流起着至关重要的作用。作为二十一世纪的大学生，我们应该责无旁贷，学好

自己母语的同时加强英语的锻炼，为我们社会的发展尽一份绵薄之力。所以为了增强同学们

运用英语的能力，为广大同学提供一个展现自己舞台。通过参加这次活动，提高同学们英语

应用能力，增长自己的演讲能力。丰富我们的生活多样化。通过同学们积极参加活动，可以

促进同学们学习动力和熟练运用技能，同时向全学校宣传演讲技巧，更加促进学习英语积极

性。

比赛流程：

在四月中旬初赛：进行海选，请一些英语老师当评委，选出20至30人进入决赛，晋级同学可接受专业老师的指导以便好的在决赛中发挥。

五月份决赛：全校学生都可以观看，具体过程如下：

1）主持人介绍评委嘉宾，致欢迎词

2）主持人引言，对这次活动内容做简短介绍，宣布比赛开始

3）赛队员按照抽好的编号依次进行演讲。（共两场：一场是自由演讲，一场是命题演讲）（每位选手演讲控制在4分钟以内）

4)比赛中途由嘉宾演唱英文或外文歌曲，进行一次现场游戏互动

5）请特邀嘉宾++致辞

6）评委总结，颁发奖品及证书

7）主持人宣布比赛结束

8）获奖选手，评委，嘉宾，主持人拍照留恋

评分规则：1)发音标准，自然流畅。

2）内容健康，主题鲜明

3）仪态举止大方得体

4）思维敏捷

5）装束得体

【活动风险评估】

1、举办时间内发生了不可抗力的事件不得已可终止；

2、组委会的组织水平或由于工作人员疏忽导致比赛状况等原因考虑应急方案。

【活动经费】

同其它促销活动一样，对外宣传活动，不仅要考虑其效果，而且要核算其成本，力求少花钱、多办事、高效果。一般来讲，本活动所需的费用支出，包括以

下几个方面：

一.活动背景：四级考试即将到来，为进一步营造浓厚的英语学习氛围，丰富校园文化生

活，提高实际运用英语口语技能，给同学们提供一个展现自我，提升自我的机会和舞台，我

部门特策划了这次“大学生英语演讲比赛”。

二．活动目的：

丰富学生的课余生活。为学生提供一个学习和交流英语学习的平台，调动同学们口语训

练的积极性继而推动并提高我院四级过级率。

三．活动内容：

模式：二级学院内选拔，优秀者推介到院里参加比赛【并设一等奖、二等奖、三等奖、

参赛对象：电气与信息工程学院10级、11级全体同学

四．活动前期准备工作

1.学习部在18日召开班长会议，阐释本次活动的意义，并使班长统

计报名情况，于19日下午5：30前交予学习部。

2.宣传部以多元化的方式进行宣传。

3.主持人将由在我院“主持人大赛”中表现优异的选手担任。

4.提前联系教室以及邀请评委和嘉宾。

五．活动具体流程:

1.主持人出场致开场辞，介绍到场的嘉宾、评委，详细介绍“自我介绍”和“定题演讲”

的比赛规则，并宣布比赛正式开始,。(2分钟) 2.比赛开始，每4名选手为一小轮进行比赛。每个选手先用英文自我介绍（限制在1分

钟内），之后随即进入“定题演讲”环节。(每人限时3分钟)（75分钟）

3.每一小轮比赛后，主持人上台公布上轮选手比赛得分。（30秒）（5分钟）

4.第一轮全部选手演讲结束后，主持人上台公布本轮选手比赛得分，并公布进入第二轮

的选手（八强产生）。

5.八强选手上台亮相，随后下台进行下轮比赛的主题抽签。

6.主持人上台，宣布比赛进入“趣味英语谜语竞猜“，与观众进行互动。（6分钟）

7.随后第二轮比赛开始。主持人介绍第二轮比赛“即兴演讲”和“问答环节”的比赛规

则。（3分钟）

8.即兴演讲（2分钟/人）及问答环节开始。（2分钟）（40分钟）

9.选手按号码顺序逐一上台，每两人为一小组。第二组比赛结束后，

主持人上台公布上组选手得分。（30秒）

10.最后一组选手演讲结束后，请评委老师对我系选手总体表现进行总结。（3分钟）

11.主持人公布获奖选手名单，请嘉宾或老师上台颁奖。（2分钟）

12.相关领导进行赛后活动总结。（3分钟）

13.主持人致结束辞宣布比赛结束，全体工作人员、嘉宾、评委、选手合影留念，并欢送

嘉宾、评委离场。

14.相关工作人员负责作好后期工作。（整体大概140分钟）

六．相关细节

1.教室多媒体出现设备、座位等问题时，及时通知相关人员，并做好更换教室的准备。

2.参赛选手必须提前20分钟到场，学习部需及时做好通知工作。

3.学习部确认老师有事未能到场时，将重新安排座位。

these gorillas are a main attraction to tourists from all over the world; this

put them severely under threat of poaching and being put into the zoo. she went there

out of curiosity, but what she saw strengthened her determination to devote her whole

life to fighting for those beautiful creatures. she witnessed a scene, a scene taking

us to a place we never imaged weve ever been, where in the very depth of the african

rainforest, surrounded by trees, flowers and butterflies, the mother gorillas

cuddled their babies.

yes, thats a memorable scene in one of my favorite movies, called gorillas in the mist, based on a true story of mrs. dian fossey, who spent most

of bet lifetime in rwanda to protect the ecoenvironment there until the very end of

her life.

to me, the movie not only presents an unforgettable scene but also acts as a

timeless reminder that we should not develop the tourist industry at the cost of our ecoenvironment. today, we live in a world of prosperity but still threatened by so

many new problems. on the one hand, tourism, as one of the most promising industries

in the 21st century, provides pe ople with the great opportunity to see everything there is to see and to go any

当前，大学生就业形势越来越严峻，随着大学招生人数的每年扩招，大学毕业生人数也

在逐年大幅度地递增。以北京为例，1993年北京地区待分配的毕业生仅为300人，1994年增

加到了600人，1995年增至2424人，1996年为2700人，1998这一数字激增到了8000余人。

目前在各基层县市，挂在人事部门的大中专毕业生动辄数百上千。现在，正值大学生毕业求

职之际，据了解，许多用人单位都要求应聘者的外语水平达到六级，有些单位则优先考虑取

3、选手在比赛过程中会得到的提示

1) 定题演讲：在2分45秒时红灯会亮起直到3分15秒，在3分钟时工作员会举起停

止牌，在3分15秒时红灯熄灭，停止牌放下，表明选手超时主持人上台终止选手演讲。 2) 即兴演讲：同理，1分45秒时红灯会亮起直到2分15秒，在2分时工作

4、出场顺序：由选手赛前抽签决定出场顺序，之后各环节以此为顺序。十一、活动流程：

十三、活动可行性分析：

大学生正值风华正茂的年纪，激情四溢，需要一个展现自我的舞台，尤其在演讲方面最能体现大学生激情满怀的一面。本次活动为同学们提供了这个宝贵的平台一定会受到他们的广大欢迎。而英语要过四级，英语水平成为很多大学生就业的一道门槛，相信想提高英语的同学也有很多。所以综合考虑本次活动的可行性是很大的。

十四、注意事项：

1、由总策划人员及组委会成员负责对各各项工作的监督、协调和落实，负责整场晚会现场人员的安排各项事宜的分工，协调各部门的工作，解决突发事件；；

2、比赛结束后立即开展清理会场工作；

3、各负责人完成自己的工作后方可离开会场；

4、鼓励比赛的工作人员大胆创新、献计献策、团结协作、奋力拼搏

一、活动背景

在这个英语应用无处不在的时代，学习英语似乎已经成为了我们生活中不可或缺的一部分。大学生尤其迫切需要在不断的锻炼、比较和竞争中，注重培养英语交际能力，提高自身的综合英语水平，才能在日趋激烈的社会竞争中找

到自身的发挥之地。由我校举行的“大学生英语演讲大赛”旨在进一步改善我校英语学习氛围，加强与其他高校沟通和交流，并协作搭建一个可以让有梦想、有志向的大学生来展示自己、提高自己的平台。同时凸显出我校湖南工学院“注重校企合作，推进国际合作”的办学特色。近几年来，我校迅速发展，显示出了极大的潜力，并建立以湖南工学院董事会为平台，以国际交流与合作为重点，分别与大亚湾核电站、三一重工、南方水泥、美国北亚利桑那大学（nau）、日本星城大学、韩国亚洲大学、中国对外友好合作服务中心等单位建立了

长期稳定的合作关系。开展此次活动，可以更好加强学生语言的实际训练,切实提高学生的英语口语表达能力和综合运用能力。从而选拔出顶尖英语人才为其提供一个国际平台，奠定基础。

二、活动目的

Best of all, she was able to stay at her ideal weight. That was because she had developed healthy new habits. In my 18 years of life, there have been many things. University days are the best part of them. I can never f et the days when I stepped into my university. I was impressed by its garden-like campus, its enthusiastic students and especially its learning atmosphere. I at once fell in love with it. After the arduous military training, I get absolutely absorbed in my studies. The classes given by the teachers are excellent.
