How to have a healthy life?

It is said that humans can live over one hundred years in theory, but few people make the dream come true. How can we live as long as possible and how to live in high quality? Maybe we should do something in our daily life.

Firstly, we need sports. Exercise is the most important factor. Doing exercise can not only build people’s body but also relax themselves. People always say that exercise one hour every day, healthy lifetime. So I suggest those people who want to be healthy should do exercise every day. Secondly, we need a healthy diet. There is a saying, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” People need to eat less meat and more vegetable to get enough vitamin and reduce the needless fat. And less salt is necessary. Chinese people eat too much salt. Unfortunately, our dining hall in HIT always makes the most salty dishes.

Last but not least, always keeping a good mood can make half the work with double results. A good mood is essential to do a happy life. So please smile to your life and not get angry easily.

In the end, I want to say perhaps we still cannot live to 100 years old, but living healthy is an active attitude to our lives. It makes our days meaningful.
