八年级英语经验交流

作为一名只有四、五年英语教龄的英语教师,英语教学工作对本人来说还需要不断学习、不断实践和完善,今天本人把教学当中的一点体会和收获与在座的各位同仁一起分享。其实,谈不上什么教学经验的交流,只是谈谈平时教学过程中的一些想法和做法。还请在座的同仁们予以批评和指正。

一、农村学校八年级英语学情分析

1.学生学习的习惯

我校学生大多是打工子女和农村子女,他们的家庭环境影响着他们的学习习惯,加之原先英语基础也较弱,这就需要花费大量的时间和精力去提高他们的英语水平。

2.学习方法不灵活

学生学习英语只是死记、死学,有些人存在着为父母学、为老师学的现象较为严重。有些人受社会不良风气的影响,存在着“做一天和尚撞一天钟”,混到初三就解放,反正上大学出来也找不到工作的想法。

二、教学策略

1.抓好课堂管理,培养良好的英语学习习惯,向课堂40分钟要质量。

(1)上课前要求把上课要用的书、练习册等准备好,并且把与英语无关的东西一律收下去,培养学生的英语学习兴趣。

(2)根据单元知识的内容,利用上课的前10分钟创造一个良好的课堂气氛。如:让学生听唱一些英语歌曲,开展猜谜语游戏,或是一些chant有趣的复习知识型的游戏,活跃课堂气氛,增强英语课堂的趣味性,引发学生的求知欲。

(3)教材的重组(比如八年级上册)

unit1 how often do you exercise?

unit2 what’s the matter?

unit5 can you come to my party?

unit11 could you please clean your room?

(4)如何教学生单词

1)从音标入手,培养学生的拼读能力,如初一,他们的音标学的不好,在初二开学用3～4节课,把系统的音标教完,再教辅音,最后整体拼读,重点教他们如何把握重音。教完了音标之后,在学每个单元之前,用10分钟左右就可以让学生自己看着音标读出来,解决了他们在家不会读,又没人问的现象,也解决了他们遇到单词如何通过字典去学单词的问题。

2)在学新单元前,让学生预习时把本单元书后所列的单词在课文中找出,把汉语意义标在下面,当学到这个单词时教师再进行领读加强记忆。

3)运用英语中的构词法帮助学生利用以前学过的单词来记新单词。比如,常见的

un-(不、非、表示否定)

friondly—unfriendly,

comfortable—uncomfortable,happy—unhappy;

其他还有前缀;

dis-(不、非、表示否定)

advantage—disadvantage,agree—disagree;

re-(又、再、重新)view—review;

-less(没有、无、形容词后缀)

home —homeless,help—helpless;

-ing(形容词后缀)interesting,outstanding;

-ed(形容词后缀)surprised,balanced;

-able(能够,形容词后缀)comfortable,unforgettable;

-ist(人,名词后缀)scientist,terrorist。

4)加强巩固。听写单词(每次范围在10～15个,一方面有利于教师批改,另一方

面调动学生的积极性。);默写课文。

(5)如何教每单元重点句型语法

1)教师先不让学生看书,进行单词句型的学习操练,再让学生看书,完成书本上的

1a、1b、1c,加强巩固所学句型语法。

2)教师进行实物教学。教师课前准备好实物,一边操作,一边教授。以八年级上

册unit7 how do you make a banana milk sbake?为例,教师课前准备好榨汁机、香蕉、小刀、容器等,通过教师一边演示,一边学习本课单词、短语以及句型,然后让学生亲身体验操作过程,同桌之间练习重点句型,完成书上1a,1b,1c,

出示语法(书本上

grammarfocus里的句子),让学生自己概括出本节课学的什么,学生说不到的地

方教师给予适当的引导,帮助学生总结所学。

总的来说,我归纳为以下几点:①词不离句(把本节所学新单词放入句型中练习);②教师引导;③听录音,练听力加强巩固;④结对活动;⑤做游戏;⑥学唱chant;⑦小组练习等等。

(6)在课堂上培养学生良好的听力阅读和写作习惯

1)用英语组织课堂教学。

2)明确目的。

①听力。在练习听力之前,让学生看清楚看明白题目,把答案中不同的单词及短

语做标记,做到心中有数。听短文时,先根据所给答案了解将要听什么内容,听的时候注意力集中,抓住关键词,如回答(what,who,when等),同时要随时做记录。

②阅读与写作。在课堂上针对不同的阅读篇章,交给学生不同的阅读方法,在课

下让学生使用学过的阅读方法针对不同的阅读内容使用不同的阅读方法去阅读。除了书上的阅读,让他们尽量多读一些报纸上自己感兴趣的文章。然后把读的文章内容用自己的话概括出来,写在作文本上。鼓励学生在课下对所学课文进行朗读。

(7)做到精炼与及时测试相结合

1)对学过的内容,给学生布置一定的练习,教师对学生的作业进行及时批改,然后再进行讲解。

2)每单元学完后对学生进行测试,让学生及时了解自己的不足之处,及时查漏补缺。

3)对学生平时出错的题做好记录,在今后的教学复习中让学生反复练习。

2.课外

(1)做好教学设计,认真备好每一节课。俗话说:“磨刀不误砍柴工”,我认为备

课备不好还不如不上课。因此,在每学一个新单元之前,必须要对该单元课本、

练习册、试卷及听力材料及与之相关的单元考虑到位。如有什么问题,及时与同事进行沟通探讨。

(2)积极参加教研活动,充分利用集体备课时间做好集体备课。平时虚心向老教

师请教在教学中遇到的问题。

以上是我对英语教学的一点浅谈,希望以后有更多的机会向大家学习,与大家交流。

六年级英语大班复习经验交流

每当庄稼人热火朝天的收麦子的时候，就是六年级的学生紧张复习的时候了，

其实复习也就像就像农民收麦子，耕耘了几个月，收获就在那几天。我在中心

小学教六年级英语已经四年了，或多或少对四五十人的大班复课也积累了一些

自己的经验，冒着贻笑大方的风险，献丑简陈如下。

一、引入竞争机制，绷紧每一个学生的复习神经。

没有竞争就没有活力，所有正当的竞争都会带来共同的进步。去年的六年级有

47人，尖子生太少，差生太差。为了让每个学生通过复习成绩都有提高，我针

对他们自尊心强，特别好胜的特点，每测验一次就给他们排一遍名次，并且把

名次变成每个人的临时学号，上课提问我叫8，那么上次考第8的学生就站起

来回答问题。为了超过和自己水平相当的同学，向老师和全班同学同学证明自

己的实力，取得更靠前的学号，同学们都你追我赶拼命复习，去年期末的成绩

出乎意料的好。但是我也怕这样做会伤害一些学习差的同学的自尊心，使他们

丧失自信，就常常宽慰他们，名次只是过去式，鼓励他们“士别三日当刮目相看”，只要你有一点点提高老师和同学就认可你。

今年的六年级有53人，我针对这班学生团结善于协作的特点，把他们分成人数总实力相当的小组，那几个小组先集体背过课文，就获得自由选写练习的权利，那几个小组单词听写总分高，写单词的练习就减半，为了给小集体“争面子”、“谋福利”，优等生主动帮助差生，形成了互帮互助学习的好局面，差生的成

绩提高得很快。

二、科学的复习方法，取得事半功倍的效果。

（一）英语是一门记忆量很大的语言学科，根据记忆规律，调动多种感官参与

复习，复习效果会更好。我要求学生在复习单词课文时做到四到：及眼到、心到、口到、手到。边读边写边记，肯定记得又准又快。
