中医药临床疗效评价的研究进展

【摘要】 临床疗效问题是临床医学的核心和关键问题三中医药的临床疗效评价侧重于个体症状的改善,古代中医的临床疗效评价研究以症状二证候变化为主,体现了中医学整体观及辨证施治的特点,但缺乏客观二全面二科学的指标及方法三当代中医药临床疗效评价在不同疾病领域有相应的指标二方法二体系,但存在完全利用现代医学指标与方法二借鉴循证医学二研究结果可重复性较差二疗效判定术语和结果模糊等弊端,缺乏相关疾病统一的二公认的疗效评价标准,不同研究结果之间也缺乏可比性,因此,建立中医药临床疗效评价体系,紧迫而必要三

【Abstract 】 Clinical curative effect is the core and key problem of clinical medicine.The clinical
efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine is focusing on the improvement of individual symptoms,Clinical
study of ancient Chinese medicine takes symptom and syndrome change as the principal thing,that shows
the overall concept and characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation,but the lack of objective,comprehensive and scientific indicators and methods;The clinical efficacy evaluation of the contemporary Chinese medicine has the corresponding indexes,methods and systems in different diseases,but there are some disadvantages such as the completely use of modern medical indicators and methods,evidence?based
medicine used for reference,the efficacy of the term and the results is fuzzy,and so on,the lack of a unified and generally accepted evaluation criteria for the diseases,the lack of comparability between the results of different studies.Therefore,it is urgent and necessary to establish the evaluation system of TCM clinical therapeutic effect.

中医学对疾病的认识是从症状开始的,目前传承下来的许多中医病名都是由临床症状命名的,如咳嗽二头晕二心悸二水肿等三传统的中医学观念认为,改善或消除病人的不适症状,就是有效地治疗或治愈疾病三但是,随着现代医学理论体系及其诊疗模式在中国的普及,循证医学的深入人心,中医
学者逐渐认识到,如何使中医药疗效得到国内外业界的广泛认可,如何使传统的中医学理论体系及其独特的诊疗方法得到科学的验证,成为中医学发展并走向世界的关键问题三
临床疗效指在临床实践中,运用不同的医学手段和治疗措施作用于患者机体所产生的生物 心理 社会属性的独立或综合效应三疗效评价是对临床治疗效应所产生的效能和效力,按照既定的标准进行定性二定量和综合判断的过程三临床疗效问题是临床医学的核心和关键问题三中医学重视患者的主观感受和生活质量的改善,强调整体观的同时也注重个体化治疗,所以,一直以来中医药的临床疗效评价侧重于个体症状的改善,缺乏相关疾病
