1.2结构介绍/Structure
半开式抽屉货架是由上下框、抽屉、立柱片、背拉、等部分组成，抽屉式货架又称模具货架，主要用于存放各种模具物品；抽屉和上设有滚轮轨道，承载后依然能用很小的力拉动自如，设有定位保险装置，安全可靠，各组件之间用高强螺栓连接，模块化的组件可组装任意长度。

1.3 规格表/Specifications
1.4产品应用及特点/Applications & Features
a)整个产品采用全螺栓铰接；
The whole product is hinged by bolts.
b)抽屉设有定位及限位销，移动到一定位置可锁住，更为安全；
The drawer is equipped with positioning and set pins and can be locked in a certain position, which makes it more safe.
c)抽屉下设有滚动轴承，无论抽出或复位较为平滑省力；
The bearings under the drawer make it smooth and labor-saving when drawing out and in.
d)抽屉隔层可上下调节其安装高度；
The height of drawers can be adjusted.
e)顶层可增加拉手或电动葫芦，取件时节省人工体力；
To make it more labor-saving, you can install electric hoist at the top the of the rack.
f)货架长度可根据实际需要进行调节（增加跨数）；
The lenght of the rack can be adjusted by actual needs（increasing spans）
1.5产品理论实验/Product Testing
结论:经过ANSYS结构受力分析可见，单抽承载1吨的情况下，受力最大可达199Mpa,基本属于应力集中点，从受力图中基本视为不可见，大部分受力在14.2~85Mpa之间，均小于材料本身235Mpa的屈服强度。
Conclusion: through ANSYS structure analysis, single pump bearing under the condition of 1 ton, largest stress of up to 199 mpa, basic belongs to the stress concentration, from trying to basic as invisible, in the most force between 14.2 ~ 85 mpa, yield strength of 235 mpa are less than the material itself.
