中英文对照外文翻译文献 (文档含英文原文和中文翻译) 外文: An Experimental Analysis of Brake Efficiency Using four Fluids in a Disc Brake System ABSTRACT The paper studies disc brake failure in Mini-buses using an experimental analysis to test the maximum braking force when different brake fluids such as clean, less dirty, dirty and soapy water solution were used in the braking system. The experimental results clearly showed that the soap solution appears to be the best fluid as far as low viscosity and stability of viscosity with increase in temperature are concerned. However, the soap solution is not compatible with other fluid which makes it difficult to be substitute as a clean brake fluid. The result of the Thepra Universal Brake Testing Equipment used for the braking efficiency test indicated that a pedal brake of 117 kN produce a brake force of 0.96 kN for clean brake fluid, 0.91 kN for the less dirty, 0.85 kN for dirty and 1.44 kN for

毕业设计(论文)外文翻译 AUTOMOTIWE FINAL DRIVE FINAL DRIVE A final drive is that part of a power transmission system between the drive shaft and the differential. Its function is to change the direction of the power transmitted by the drive shaft through 90 degrees to the driving axles. At the same time. it provides a fixed reduction between the speed of the drive shaft and the axle driving the wheels. The reduction or gear ratio of the final drive is determined by dividing the number of teeth on the ring gear by the number of teeth on the pinion gear. In passenger vehicles, this speed reduction varies from about 3:1 to 5:1. In trucks it varies from about 5:1 to 11:1. To calculate rear axle ratio, count the number of teeth on each gear. Then divide the number of pinion teeth into the number of ring gear teeth. For example, if the pinion gear has 10 teeth and the ring gear has 30 (30 divided by 10), the rear axle ratio would be 3:1. Manufacturers install a rear axle ratio that provides a compromise between performance and economy. The average passenger car ratio is 3.50:1. The higher axle ratio, 4.11:1 for instance, would increase acceleration and pulling power but would decrease fuel economy. The engine would have to run at a higher rpm to maintain an equal cruising speed. The lower axle ratio. 3:1, would reduce acceleration and

衷心感谢您选购、使用南华牌电动机 在使用电动机之前,请仔细阅读本说明书,以便您正确的使用和维护。 检查 1.仔细检查电动机外观是否损伤,核对电动机铭牌数据,如型号、额定功率、电压、频率等与实际要求是否相符。 2.轻轻传动电动机转轴。转动应轻快、灵活(注:装有骨架式橡胶油封的IP55电动机转动时相对较紧)。 3.检查零部件的装配应良好,紧固件应无松动。 4.打开接线盒,用500V兆欧表测量电动机绕组的绝缘电阻,所测值应不低于5兆欧。 注意:检查过程中,若有疑问,应向专业技术人员请教或与我们联系。 安装 电动机的安装应由技术人员完成,对带底脚的电动机,安装平面应坚固,并保证底脚在一个平面上。如果底脚要加垫片,应保证在电动机底脚安装

紧固过程中不被挤出。电动机允许采用联轴器、正齿轮及皮带轮传动。 联接电动机的电源线不宜过细、过长,否则电源线压降过大,使电动机起动困难)。按接线图,将电源线与电动机牢固联接,同时接好接地线。在接通电源前,还应测量输入电压是否正确,然后接通电源,检查旋转转速,旋转方向是否正确。 运行与维护 1.电动机使用的环境最高温度为40℃,最低温度为-15℃,海拔不超过1000m。 2.电动机允许满压或降压起动,但应注意,满压起动时起动电流为额定电流的3.3~7.5倍。降压起动时,因转矩与电压的平方成正比,电压下降时转矩也随之降低。故当静负荷相当大时只能用满压起动。3.电动机不得用于含有易燃性气体、化学腐蚀性气体或其它有害气体的

环境中(特殊环境用电动机除外)。 4.电动机必须保持清洁,进风口及风道必须畅通无阻。 5.电动机在运行中若发现异常,如怪声、过热、焦味或轴承发热等,应立即停机检查,待故障排除后方可使用。 6.电动机在运行过程中应保证润滑良好,一般在电机运行5000小时左右,即应更换润滑脂(封闭轴承在使用寿命期内不必更换润滑脂)。 在运行中若发现轴承过热时,应停机检查轴承润滑脂是否太多。油脂添加量以加油到轴承容腔的1/3~1/2左右为宜。润滑脂推荐采用ZI.3锂基润滑脂小型电动机专用润滑脂。 7.为保证电动机的正常运行,应根据实际使用情况对电动机进行定期检查,并需每年检修一次。 8.电动机在仓库中搁置不用时,应妥善包装、存放,并保持通风干燥,以免电机受潮,锈蚀。 注意:不要在电动机运行时添加润滑脂,过多的润滑脂会溢出,并可能附着到定子绕组上,使其绝缘寿命降低,同时使轴承工作温度升高(轴承工作温度不超过90℃)。

电动机铭牌识别

工作制是说明电动机能承受负载的情况。根据电动机的运行情况,分为多种工作制。连续工作制、短时工作制、断续周期工作制是基本的三种工作制,是用户选择电机的重要方面。 连续工作制:代号S1,是指该电机在铭牌上规定的额定值条件下,能够长时间连续运行。适用于水泵、鼓风机等恒定负载的设备。 短时工作制:代号S2,是指该电动机在铭牌规定的额定值条件下,能在限定的时间内短时运行。规定的标准短时持续时间额定有10分钟、30分钟、60分钟、90分钟四种。适用于转炉倾炉装置及闸门等的驱动。 断续周期工作制:代号S3,是指该电动机在铭牌上规定的额定值下,只能断续周期性地运行。一个工作周期时间为电动机恒定负载运行时间加停机和断能时间,规定为10分钟。负载持续率(额定负载持续时间与一个工作周期时间之比,用百分数表示)规定标准有15%、25%、40%、60%四种。适用于升降机、起重机等负载设备。 电动机防护等级: 电动机的防护等级是从两个方面来考虑的:一是防止人体接触电机内的带电或转动部分和防止固体异物进入电机内部的防护等级,分为6级;二是防止水进入电机内部程度的防护等级,分为9级。其防护等级由表示防护特征的字母IP和两个防护等级的表征数字组成。 1、电机外壳按防止固体异物进入内部和防止人体接触内部的带电 或运动部分划分的防护等级: 防护 等级 简称定义 0无防护没有专门的防护 1 防止大于 50mm的固体 进入的电机 能防止直径大于50mm的固体异物进入壳内, 能防止人体的某一大面积部分(如手)偶然 或意外地触及壳内带电或运动部分,但不能 防止有意识的接近这些部分。 2 防止大于 12mm的固体 进入的电机 能防止直径大于12mm的固体异物进入壳内, 能防止手指、长度不超过80mm物体触及或接 近壳内带电或运动部分。 3 防止大于 2.5mm的固体 进入的电机 能防止直径大于2.5mm的固体异物进入壳 内,能防止厚度(或直径)大于2.5mm的工 具、金属线等触及或接近壳内带电或运动部 分。

Since the actual brakes require a much greater force than you could apply with your leg, your car must also multiply the force of your foot.
