八年级英语辅导计划

一、指导思想:

提高优生的自主和自觉学习能力,进一步巩固并提高中等生的学习成绩,帮助差生取得适当进步,让差生在教师的辅导和优生的帮助下,逐步提高学习成绩,并培养较好的学习习惯,形成基本能力。培化计划要落到实处,发掘并培养一批尖子,挖掘他们的潜能,从培养能力入手,训练良好学习习惯,从而形成较扎实基础,并能协助老师进行辅差活动,提高整个班级的素养和成绩。主要措施:

二、学生情况分析

本本学期所教班级是八一和八二班,从上学期的学习情况及知识技能掌握情况看,两个班大部分学生学习积极性高,学习目的明确,上课认真,各科作业能按时按量完成,且质量较好,如等,且担任班干部能起到较好的模范带头作用,但也有少部分学生如等,基础知识薄弱,学习态度欠端正,书写较潦草,作业有时不能及时完成,因此本学期除在教学过程中要注重学生的个体差异外,我准备在提高学生学习兴趣上下功夫,通过培优辅潜的方式使优秀学生得到更好的发展,潜能生得到较大进步。

三、具体措施

1、认真备好每一次培优辅潜教案,努力做好学习过程的趣味性和知识性相结合。

2 加强交流,了解潜能生、优异生的家庭、学习的具体情况,尽量排除学习上遇到的困难。

坚持辅潜工作,每周不少于一次。

3 对差生实施多做多练措施。优生适当增加题目难度,并安排课外作品阅读,不断提高做题和写作能力。

4 充分了解差生现行学习方法,给予正确引导,朝正确方向发展,保证差生改善目前学习差的状况,提高学习成绩。

四、主要措施

1 围绕提高均分、合格率和优秀率的目标,制定切实可行的培优和辅差计划,严格按计划实施,注重过程,注重效率,注重效果。争取做到“顾两头,抓中间”。每一位教师具体分析每一个目标学生的实际情况,稳定优生人数,狠抓中间段。在上学期的基础上,继续进行集体培优。把优生集中在一起定时定点进行。让优生有动力同时也有竞争的感觉。争取把优生比例扩大。组内每个老师利用下午四点半到点五时段对本班基础差生进行个别辅导。挖掘潜力,查找弱项,有针对性的进行补差工作。争取缩小差生范围。

2. 进一步培养学生良好的学习习惯,教会学生如何去学英语。让学生充分利用“五本”进行学习。

3.做到”堂堂清”,“月月清”:要求学生每天做好”预习—听课—复习”三步.并积极检查.把当天的功课在当天解决。在月考中检查出学生未能掌握的知识再及时把进行讲解和解决。

4、利用早读和口语操练,对学生进行口语训练。要求教会学生一个日常英语的主题。并进行训练。加强背诵,记单词和阅读的训练,利用早读,口语操练等时间进行有组织,有目的,有意义并且有效的练

习。课前对话,课中操练管理,课间复诵检查

5、设计符合学生兴趣和认知能力的学科活动和综合实践活动,下学期推荐学生自学第二套教材发放相关的材料,提高学生语言的实际应用的输入准备,如增加相关话题的背诵材料。提高写作水平。

6、开展本班学习小组的竞赛,看哪个组平均分、合格率、优秀率高,红榜公布、表彰奖励。

安排座位,考虑学生成绩搭配

7、教师要认真备课,上课时,对不同层次的学生听课一样,作业要求不一样。作业的量度,深浅度,难易度要精心设计,不能一刀切。成绩好的学生要求更高更严;成绩中下的学生同样布置但让优生去指导,也一定要完成。讲评作业时重点评讲中下层学生作业中出现的问题。

8、各科的《每周一练》要认真设计,不能一般化。对成绩好的学生一定要有3-5道综合性强、扩展思维活,重点考查能力的练习题,评讲试卷时,重点讲清解题思路和解题方法,开发学生智力,提高学生能力。

9、尽快成立帮教学习小组,委任学习成绩好、责任心、好胜心强、热心帮助同学的班干部兼任组长,学习小组一般4-6人为宜,注意好中差、男女生的搭配、创建团结友爱、积极进取的学习小组。10、完善奖学制度,调动潜能生学习积极性。修订奖学的方式方法,尽量从调动潜能生学习兴趣出发,加大对潜能生进步奖,提高奖的倾斜力度。中考、期末考都设立总分奖、进步奖和提高奖。

五、落实措施,提高潜能生:

1)科任教师布置较多较易的作业量,让他们多练、熟能生巧。多检查、多指导解题思路、解题方法;提高他们的解题能力。

2)各班行一帮一、一带一转变潜能生的承包责任制,一个尖子生负责帮一个潜能生,负责督促潜能生上课的注意力,检查督促他们完成作业、读书、背书等学习活动。

3)学习小组要经常开展学习竞赛。班主任在学生坐位的编排上也相应地以此学习小组编排,教师在课堂教学中,认真以学习小组为单位组织学习竞赛,活跃课堂气氛,激发学习兴趣,调动学习积极性,提高课堂教学效果。

4)、科学安排时间,把提高潜能生工作作为本学年教学工作的头等大事来抓。

六、学困生转变

1、成立一个学困生小班,推选学习小组长,进行组内比赛,形成良好的竞争意识,促进学习的有效发展。让学生在心里建立要学习、想学习的意识。采用激励机制,对学困生的每一点进步都给予肯定或奖励,并鼓励其继续进取,让他们体验成功感。建立激励竞争机制,开展学习竞赛,表扬鼓励优胜者、成功者。

2、课外辅导,辅导要及时。充分利用课余时间辅导学困生,向他们了解“所学知识掌握和理解得怎么样?”

3 充分了解学困生现行学习情况,教给正确学习方法,使他们朝正确方向发展;改善他们学习情况,提高学习成绩;对他们可以适当放

宽一些学习要求:对他们的作业、练习、测试进行分层次,比优等生或中等生的容易做一些、趣味性一些。让他们领略学习的魅力与快乐。逐步做到循序渐进、有的放矢。

4 发挥优等生的优势资源,利用“一帮一”帮助他们在学校里有效学习,补课要课内外结合,以课内为主,并和优生结对子;双向选择,“一帮一,一对红”,安排特殊座位,以优带差。

5 对学困生实施多做多练措施;查漏补缺,对症下药,将学困生的学习情况进行分类,有针对性地辅导。让他们牢固掌握基础知识,逐步延伸拓展更深的知识。

6、及时与家长联系,做到有困难及时解决,尽量让家长协助解决学困生的学习问题。

总之,本学期我们将进一步发挥自己的潜能,在不断的实践和学习当中提高自己的水平。但是我们坚信我们的努力和协作能够使我们虽然上学期的进步的基础上实现我们本学期的目标。

小学五年级英语辅导计划 黄德敏 本学期五年级共有学生60多人,其中英语方面的差生较多(如:全成、苗园园、苗云龙、葛雪、喻小龙、何成、杨明阳),他们普遍对英语学习没多大兴趣,加之差生的家长,不太重视子女的学习,对子女放松要求,不能与学校共同配合做好学生的教育转化工作,使学校转化后进生的工作带来一定的难度。 针对以上这些实际情况,我制定了详细的优差生辅导计划,提出了具体的措施,对优差生提出了明确的目标,使大多数差生能有所进步,让优生能更充分地发挥潜力。 学优生的智力较好,更重要的是学习习惯好,学习积极主动。因此在教学过程中,对这部分学生在提出与其他学生相同的基本性要求的基础上,适当提高要求,增加难度,提供可选择的作业或任务,引导学生独立完成,并在必要的情况下给予帮助。具体辅导计划: 一、定期与学生进行口语、听力、阅读等方面的练习与讨论,提高其英语运用能力。 二、组织学生参加多次单元检测活动,并给予辅导。 后进生的智力因素体现在感知笼统,思维缓慢,他们对所学内容的理解、应用等能力较差,因而学生往往出现“英语太难了,我是学不好的。”“这节课我听不懂。”“我比别人笨,怎么也学不会。”长期发展下去,势必造成成绩落后。就随即产生自卑、畏惧等心理。因此,我根据后进生的特征进行转化,因势利导,做到因材施教。

后进生非智力因素体现在学习上没有兴趣,上课好动、注意力不易集中、不求甚解,解决困难问题意志薄弱,没有养成良好的学习习惯等。他们并不是“朽木不可雕”的差生。他们的差主要是行为、习惯、态度等方面的缺陷。根据后进生的形成原因特制定计划如下: 一、和学困生交朋友,多做他们的思想工作,帮助他们分析自己的优势与不足,指出前进的方向。要对学困生的内心世界有了一定的了解,我发现转化学困生首要的工作是尊重他们做一个快乐的人,一个自强不息的人。 二、善于发现他们的闪光点,及时给予表扬和鼓励。俗话说:“一句赞扬,胜过十句责骂”,对那些平时被轻视、受冷落,数落之声不绝于耳的学困生,一声赞扬无异于久旱的雨露,久雨的阳光。这将满足他们受尊重的心理需求,让他们也能享受成功的快乐,找回自信和自尊,激起他们克服困难的信心和勇气,力争上游。 三、多宽容学困生,允许他们有失误、有反复。学习本身就是一件比较困难的事情,学困生由于基础差、能力弱等原因,学习好就更不容易。好的学生也会有错,那么学困生多犯些错是天经地义的,没什么大不了,如果他们不犯错,那他们就不是学困生。 四、同班主任认真做好差生的思想工作,注意因材施教,摸准学生的性格特点,然后对症下药,以鼓励为主,增强其自信,消除自卑,使师生感情进一步融洽。常言道:“冰冻三尺非一日之寒”。转化学困生的工作常常不是一蹴而就的。学困生不是天生的,作为教师能晓之以理,持之以恒,教学得法,自己不丧失信心。
