【摘要】一个生态城市的建设有两个平台：小平台，即市区或仅仅作为“城市生态系统”之称，与大平台，即在某些城市周边地区或地域范围也被称为“以城市区域生态系统“。一个生态城市的建设必须启动的双重空间标准：城市（市区）的标准，优化城市生态系统，在城市地区（市境）的标准，优化城市区域生态系统。中国的洛阳城市内甚至在世界上具有鲜明的特点和典型的形象。在双空间标准为城市建设生态城市和城市地区，具有重要的意义，城市化进程与洛阳的可持续发展。在城市区域的标准，洛阳的生态城市建设的首要任务是创造良好的城市在其境内生态环境平台。在城市的标准中，洛阳的生态城市建设的基本任务是要提高生态承载力和中心城市的利益。

【Introduction】: The construction of an ecological city has two founda- tional platforms: the small platform, namely urban district or simply called as "city ecosystem"; and the big platform, namely around city district in certain region scope or also referred to as "city-region ecosystem".
