浙江省中考英语考纲

初中英语学业考试是义务教育阶段的终结性英语考试，它以《全日制义务教育英语课程标准》（以下简称《英语课程标准》）为依据，全面、准确地考查初中毕业学生在英语学科学习目标方面达到的水平程度。考试结果既是衡量学生是否达到毕业标准的主要依据，也是高中阶段学校招生的重要依据之一。

一、考试范围和要求

（一）考试范围

《英语课程标准》中提出的五级的相关内容。详细内容参见“考试目标”。

（二）考试要求

初中英语学业考试力求贴近学生的生活实际，考查学生的语言知识及语言技能，着重考查学生语言综合运用能力，特别是用语言解决实际问题的能力。

考试要求分三个层次，从低到高依次为a、b、c三个等级。

a——对知识的了解、记忆和识别。如：记住单词的基本读音规则和某些常用单词的特殊发音；正确拼写已学过的常用单词、习惯用语，并且识别其词义和词类；了解常用语言形式的基本结构。

b——对知识的领会和理解。如：理解和领悟单词、词组的基本含义及其在特定语境中的意义；领会语言形式在实际运用中的表意功能；能在英语交流中注意并理解他人的情感；理解日常生活中表达问候、告别、感谢、介绍等交际功能。

c——对知识的分析、重组和运用，并用语言做事。如：能综合运用所学的词汇和语法知识；能根据所给的信息（图表、文字提示等）写话；能熟练地运用所学的日常交际用语，并能考虑语言表述的得体性；能运用恰当的阅读策略完成阅读任务；能运用语言完成日常事务。

（三）命题要求

命题应围绕《英语课程标准》中提出的五级要求的相关内容与要求，积极体现新课程理念。既要遵循《英语课程标准》中提出的英语语言知识与技能的关系，又要关注学生的情感态度、文化意识和学习策略等诸多因素。

命题应坚持考试内容不受教材制约的原则，不拘泥于教材，不与任何教材的具体内容直

接挂钩，充分体现教材作为实现课程目标的一种工具和手段的要求。

命题应体现“减负”要求。不考虑学生过度学习的因素，把学生在正常学习状态下达到水平作为命题的重要参考依据，坚决杜绝偏、难、旧、繁的试题，适当控制题量，确保难度系数在0.70～0.75之间。

命题应突出在特定语境中考查学生语言综合运用的能力，特别是用英语做事情和完成任务的能力；要贴近社会，贴近学生学习和生活实际，注重体现人文精神，突出试题的价值立意和教育功能。

命题要根据试题的考查目的和考查重点，科学、合理地制定评分标准。

命题要保持试题的适度开放，增加考卷的灵活性，给学生提供更为宽广的思维空间，为培养学生发散性思维能力提供条件，有利于学生对已掌握知识的发挥，有利于教师更多地关注能力的发展，关注创新精神的培养。

二、考试形式与时间

考试采用闭卷笔答形式，试卷分卷一、卷二两部分，卷一为选择题卷，卷二为非选择题卷。试卷满分120分，其中听力测试满分25分，笔试满分95分。考试顺序：先听力，后笔试。考试时间为100分钟。
