强化人才队伍建设促进医院可持续发展

[摘要] 人才队伍是医院社会效益和经济效益的主要创造者,是医院可持续发展的最宝贵财富。充分发挥人才队伍的作用,直接决定着医院的兴衰与成败。为了实现人才队伍建设,该院作为三级甲等综合性中医医院,从人才队伍建设的实际出发,不断完善人才培训机制,创新人才管理制度,营造良好的科研氛围,提高内部人才培养的质量;同时引进优秀人才作为补充,不断提升医院自身竞争力,为医院可持续性发展提供源源不断的动力。

Strengthening the Construction of Talent Team and Promoting the Sustainable Development of Hospital

[Abstract] Talent team, the main creator of the hospital social and economic benefits, is the most valuable asset for hospital sustainable development. Fully playing the role of talent team directly decides the prosperity or failure of the hospital. In order to achieve the construction of talent team,this hospital as a comprehensive medical hospital of first rate and level three starts from the reality of the construction of qualified talents, constantly improving the personnel training mechanism,innovating talent management system, creating a good atmosphere of scientific research, and improving the quality of internal personnel training. At the same time, the hospital introduces

outst anding talent as a supplement and enhances the hospital’s own competitiveness constantly,which provides a steady stream of power for the hospital’s sustainable development.

党的十八大报告强调:“坚持党管人才原则,把各方面优秀人才集聚到党和国家事业中来。广开进贤之路,广纳天下英才,是保证党和人民事业发展的根本之举。”对于医院也是一样,加强医院人才队伍建设,是实现科教兴院的必由之路,是医院可持续发展的源泉[1]。当然,医院人才队伍建设,首先是人,他们的能力更多的是靠学习、培养、实践等环节才能成长。近年来,医院以提升性搬迁为目标,牢固树立以人为本的战略观念,重视学科人才培养。根据医院发展及人才自身特点,建立了一套切实可行的人才管理机制,内部培养与外部引进相
