摘要

CFO（Chief Financial Officer，首席财务官）制度产生于上世纪六十年代，伴随着企业的发展应运而生。CFO作为企业财务的最高负责人，直接参与企业的高层决策和战略目标的制定，目前已发展成为发达国家现代公司管理制度中最具分量的高层管理者之一，仅次于CEO。随着我国经济环境的复杂化及企业制度的现代化，原有的总会计师制度已经不能满足现代化公司的需求，总会计师制度正在向CFO制度的转型，但尚不成熟。在竞争日益激烈化的今天，CFO在企业管理中对提升企业核心竞争力有着举足轻重的作用，所以研究CFO与企业价值管理问题具有很重要的意义。

本文简单介绍了CFO的阶层兴起及生存现状、CFO在企业管理中的结构及角色定位、其薪酬体系及其与CEO的战略关系，分析了CFO的职能和在企业管理中的作用，并对CFO如何增加企业价值、如何制定企业评价及我国CFO制度目前存在的缺陷问题进行了探讨。

ABSTRACT

CFO (devoted to Financial Officer, Chief Financial Officer) system in the 1960 s, with the development of enterprise arises at the historic moment. CFO as the supreme head of corporate finance, directly participate in the development of the high-level decision making and the strategic target of the enterprise, has now developed into a modern company management system in developed countries the most component of one of the top managers, second only to the CEO. Along with our country of complicated economic environment and modern enterprise system, the original chief accountant system cannot meet the needs of modern company, the transformation of the chief accountant system is for the CFO system, but it is not yet mature. In the increasingly competitive today, the CFO in the enterprise management to improve enterprise core competitive ability is of vital significance, so the CFO has very heavy ? and enterprise value management.
