●3-layer 1 strip Engineered Wood Floorings have only two kinds of

thickness,namely 14mm&15mm.

Top layer:3mmOR4mm, Core layer:9mm, bottom layer:2mm.

The length range from 300mm to 2200mm,and 1860mm,910mm,1200mm are commen.

90mm,120mm,122mm,127mm,140mm,150mm,190mm are commen kinds of width.

Doussie, Iroko, Canadian maple, American Walnut, American Cherry, Oak, Merbau, Jatoba, and Teak are available species.

●3-layer 3 strips engineered wood flooring

Only one kind of size available in Nanyang Wood Co., LTD, namely 2200*189*14/3 or 15/4mm.

Oak is mainly used. American walnut，Iroko, Doussie, Canadian maple, American cherry are also available.

●Multi-layer wood flooring

Any species available

Length: 910mm, 1200mm, 1860mm

Width: 90mm~190mm

Thickness: 10mm,12mm,14mm,15mm,19mm,21mm.

Top layer: 2mm,3mm,4mm,6mm is ok

●2-layer wood flooring

Size: 490mm*70mm*10mm/4mm or3mm

600mm*70mm*10mm/4mm or3mm

900mm*90mm*10mm/4mm or3mm

Common species:Oak,Iroko,Doussie,Teak.

Production Process Brief Introduction

Kiln-dry→Balance room→S elect→Agglutination/gluing→B alance→Cutting→Sandin g→Tongue&Groove→Paint ing→Pack aging

CQP:

Regarding moisture content.

●International leading intelligent timber drying equipment.

●The big timber conditioning room eliminates the inherent problem of shrinkage

and distortion.

●Controlling to Moisture content is in the whole production process.

1.Timber moisture content after drying—8%~12%.

More than 14%→waxing Less than 9%→get damp?

2.3-layer engineered wood flooring in balance room

Top layer (8~9%) Core layer (7~8%) Base layer (4~5%)

3.Before agglutination,

the MC of veneer should be controlled in the 7%~9% range

the MC of base material should be content in the 8%~10% r ange.

Regarding Agglutination/gluing

●Skillful agglutination technique,1,600metric ton heavy-duty pressing facility and

environmental glue used.

1.Cold pressing duration—50~60min

Hot pressing— prepressing duration 30min,then pressing under high temperature duration 6min.

Regarding sanding

Bend up no more than 0.5%
