Introduction:

Our shop calls〝Princess Closet〞. From last week till today, we have gain large amount of regular customers. For our shop has been opened a few years ago. The customers left messages,saying our goods are high qualities, match them well. We have already had a good reputation.

This week we have sold 19 pieces of products

So,according to the analysis of strength and weakness, we can adjust our strategy of marketing for the coming week. Firstly,I think we should make some flyers and distribute them. Then,we can make some surveys to find out what kinds of goods people like and what they expect for our shop.

In order to make more and more people know and like our “princess closet”, we have adverted the website of our shop on BBS / blog / QQ group.

●Areas where you have been successful:

We have been succeed in Taobao, for our products are fashionable things. Young people like new and fashionable things, they like surf the Internet to find what they like. Our original thinking is take advantage of the young people’s assumption attitude and buying custom, according to this, we analysis the market investigation, then buying the products. At the beginning, only a few people buy our things, for we have low reputation, but as time goes by, more and more people buy our products. We use the information of fashion trends, adjusting

the type of products, which makes our products more and more popular. As expected, our shop is successful.
