浅谈高层建筑外墙垂直度控制方法

摘要：近几年，随着我国改革开放进程的不断深入，经济飞速发展，我国的房地产事业如雨后春笋般的建立起来，越来越多的高层建筑展现在人们的面前。而高层建筑外墙垂直度控制方法是建筑行业高层建筑建设的重要技术支持，本文主要分析了高层建筑外墙垂直度控制的几种方法。从高层建筑外墙垂直度控制的技术要求、高层建筑外墙垂直度控制方式和仪器选择、以及控制方法的使用要求等几方面进行论述，旨在为施工单位能够更好是进行建筑施工提供一定的指导性建议。

Abstract: in recent years, along with the process of China's reform and opening up, the rapid economic development, China's real estate industry such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain as established, more and more high-rise buildings to show in front of people. While the exterior walls of high-rise buildings verticality control method is the important technique supporting the construction of high-rise building construction industry, this paper analyzes several methods of high-rise building external wall verticality control. Discusses from the following aspects: the external walls of high-rise buildings verticality control technology requirements, the external walls of high-rise buildings verticality control method and instrument selection, and control method of the application requirements, the construction unit is to better provide guidance and advice to the construction.

随着城市化的逐渐加深，一大批的外来务工人员涌进城市，导致城市的居民住房日益短缺。至此，各大城市高层建筑飞速发展，一栋栋的高楼拔地而起。因此对高层建筑外墙垂直度施工的控制方法和精确度提出了更高的要求，尤其在仪器选择使用，各种测量技术的控制上要求非常严格。作者在本文中主要从高层建筑外墙垂直度控制方法上开始谈起，对各项技术控制做了简单的阐述。

1.高层建筑外墙垂直度技术控制要求

每一个建筑工程都是按照专业建筑设计师的设计方案进行开工建设的，这其中设计方案中的建筑物轴线位置的施工确定是建筑施工定位的依据，也是确定这个建筑工程各层之间几何关系和尺寸的基础。高层建筑施工控制的各项技术中，建筑物外墙垂直度控制技术的优良精确与否，是影响建筑工程施工时每一层建筑之间轴线是否正确的关键。按照JGJ3-2002《高层建筑
