三点剖析

一、考点

1. a/ an的使用

a/ an是不定冠词,冠词是常考考点,而且内容比较碎,需要系统整理记忆学习。a/ an的使用比较简单,一般句子中缺少“一”的概念是用a/ an。a用语辅音音素的可数名词前,an用语元音音素的可数名词前。

2. what引导的特殊疑问句

what意为“什么”,为特殊疑问词,经常用来引导特殊疑问句。结构通常是“what+助动词+名词/代词?”,如:

---What’s this in English?这个用英语怎么说?

---It’s an apple.它是一个苹果。

二、易错点

a/an的使用规则拓展

学习冠词时我们说过,a用辅音音素的可数名词前,an用于元音音素的可数名词前,但不能简单地把元音,辅音音素理解为元音和辅音字母,会有一些例外。如a useful book中,u为原因字母,但根据音标/ju:/,为辅音音素,所以用a;an hour中hour为辅音开头的单词,但h不发音,直接发o的元音,故用an。
