大学英语网络教学培训的心得体会春暖花开之季，我们大学英语教师通过网络这个平台进行大学英语教学改革进行培训。作为一线的大学英语教师，我感受颇深，受益匪浅。从信念上更加坚定英语教学改革的必要性、可行性和有效性。王守仁教授的报告使我对于《大学英语教学要求》有了全面深刻的理解。《大学英语教学要求》是我们非英语专业本科生英语教学的主要依据。只有真正领会其中内容，才能更好地实施教学。《教学要求》关于教学模式的描述中，提出基于课堂、基于计算机的“双基”以及以学生为主体、以教师为主导“双主”的教学模式。使我更加清楚计算机不再是教学的辅助工具，而应该是教学的有机体。《大学英语教学要求》还让我进一步认识到教学评估是大学英语课程教学的一个重要环节。全面、客观、科学、准确的评估体系对于实现教学目标至关重要。教学评估既是教师获取教学反馈信息、改进教学管理、保证教学质量的重要依据，又是学生调整学习策略、改进学习方法、提高学习效率和取得良好学习效果的有效手段。对学生学习的评估分为形成性评估和终结性评估两种。我们在今后的教学中应该重视形成性评估和终结性评估的有机结合，适当增加性成性评估的比例。形成性评估是教学过程中进行的过程性和发展性评估，即根据教学目标，采用多种评估手段和形式，跟踪教学过程，反馈教学
