高校考风考纪现状及对策

摘要考试是教学中不可缺少的重要环节，是对学生所学知识和能力的一种测试，是检验教学质量必要的方式。考风考纪建设关系到校风和学风的建设，如何真正有效地防范高校学生考试作弊，加强考风考纪建设，已成为高校教育工作中一个不容忽视的问题。本文主要分析了大学生考试作弊的成因并就高校考风考纪建设提出了一些对策。

The Situations and Countermeasures of College Examination Discipline

Abstract Examination is a check to the knowledge and ability of the students; it is also an important means to evaluate the quality of the teacher's teaching. The examination discipline construction is in relation to the school spirit and study style construction. How to effectively prevent students cheating on the exams and strengthen t the examination discipline construction， has become a urgent problem of the education work to be solved. This paper analyzes the causes of college students' cheating on exams and puts forward several suggestions for the construction of examination discipline at college.

考试是教学过程中不可缺少的重要环节，良好的考风考纪是保证人才培养质量的必要因素。我校长期以来，高度重视考风考纪建设，坚持教学、考试等系列改革，取得了可喜的成绩，极大地促进了教风、学风和考风建设。

1 高校考风考纪现状

高校的根本任务是为国家培养人才，考试是高校人才培养过程中的不可缺少的重要环节，是检验教学质量必要的方式，良好的考风考纪是保证人才培养质量的必要因素。国家教育部对于高校考风考纪现象十分重视，在2003 年发出了《采取切实有效措施，坚决刹住高等学校考试作弊歪风的紧急通知》，2004 年又下发了《国家教育考试违规处理办法》和《关于坚决制

止和严肃处理各类高等教育考试中替考等违纪舞弊现象的通知》。
