Notes on the Text 课文注释

1) 题目:What is it? (* 不是 What ’s it?), 因为当补语是人称代词(he, she, it)时,不能使用缩略形式。

2)对于 What is it?/What is this?/What is that? 回答都是 It ’s a/an?

3)It ’sa wheel —It ’s green— It ’sa green wheel. wheel 是名词, green 是形容词。

4) No, it isn ’t. 我们一般使用缩略形式isn ’t作简答,而不是is not,因为前者重点是is,后者重

点是 not,在起强调作用的同时,可能会显得不太礼貌。

5)Unit 2 涉及的颜色有 green, red, grey, silver, white, black, blue, brown.
