It is well-known that with the improvement of people’s living standard,the number of private cars has been increasing dramatically.However,the problem of traffic jams in many cities is disregarded while people enjoy the convenience of the cars,even worse it seriously affects the people’s normal life as well as environment.

So far as I know,there are several factors to account for this situation.To start with,the number of private cars increases so fast that the limited roads cannot match it.What’s more,people in big cities are not prepared to give up their cars and use other forms of transport,such as city bus and subway because they thought private cars

Based on what has been discussed so far，I personally believe that some solutions should be found to cope with the issue of traffic jams in many cities.On the one hand,public transport should be improved in order to provide citizens with better services so that they are willing to take public transportation rather than private cars. On the other hand,the governments at different levels should make relevant policies and laws to restrict the use of private cars.Only in these ways can we get out of this dilemma effectively and successfully.（划线部分可删）
