第五章第三节重要的国际组织 一、内容解析 本节课主题：“重要的国际组织”一节是义务教育课程标准实验教科书七年级上册，第五章“世界的发展差异”的第三节。前两节分别讲述“发展中国家和发达国家”及“国际合作”。三节内容虽重点不同，但总的来说是层层深入，紧密相连的，即先介绍国家和地区，然后讲述各国各地存在着发展差异，之后讲述为了和平与发展，世界各国要加强国际合作，而国际组织在维护世界与发展中起着重要的作用。 1、素质教育注重培养学生的创新精神和实践能力，这就要求教师必须转变教育观念，大胆改变传统的教学方法。为造就适应21世纪的高素质人才，素质教育的基本任务就是帮助学生充分开发自身的潜能，教给学生终身学习所需要的基本技能和方法。在实施素质教育过程中，必须真正确定学生的主体地位，必须着力于基础，着眼于发展，给学生提供成长与发展的时间和空间。这节课兼容了许多政治、历史知识，与当今许多热点、焦点问题息息相关。 2、本节内容怎样上更好？没有以往的经验，没有现成的模式可参考。本节内容以让学生了解、知道为主。与其让老师来平铺直叙，不如放手给学生。现在的中学生视野开阔信息灵通，动手能力强。像这节课从收集资料（图书馆、报纸、网络等）到课件制作、巩固练习的形式（有四人小组、男女生、小队、同号）都是学生自己设计完成。 二、学情分析： 1、学生的年龄特点和认知特点：初一学生的年龄特点决定了他们对知识的学习，感兴趣是最主要的学习动力，他们喜欢拓宽自己的知识面，普遍渴望了解有关国际方面的知识，尤其是本内容广泛，涉及到政治、经济、体育、卫生等各方面，能引起学生的广泛喜爱。现在是信息社会，现代科学技术的发展对学生的学习方式也产生了很大的影响，学生喜欢上网，喜欢查找新知识。实施素质教育以来，学生普遍喜欢表现自己，展示自己，这堂课的形式涉及就是符合了学生的这一心理特点。 2、在学习本课之前应具备的基本知识和技能： 熟悉世界主要国家的分布，知道或会利用世界地图查找有关国家的首都和主要城市。 3、学习者对即将学习的内容已经具备的水平： 本节课是在学习了地球概况和世界地理知识概况之后，对世界知识有了一定了解的基础上的知识拓展，学生在此前已经形成的利用地图查找信息、处理信息、分析解决问题的能力，对本节课的学习也有很大的帮助。 三、教学目标： 1）指导学生学会从报刊、杂志、电视、网络等途径搜集资料，培养学生分析整理资料的能力。在资料搜集与分析整理的基础上，了解国际组织的产生，认识加强国际合 作的重要性。 （2）能举事例说明联合国在国际合作中的重要作用。 （3）结合时事，了解世界贸易组织、国际奥林匹克委员会、红十字会等重要国际组织在国际合作中的重要作用。 （4）通过重要国际组织的学习，培养学生的辩证思维能力。使学生认识到国际组织既是国际合作的重要形式，又是国际斗争的主要场所。同时，了解中国在国际组织中所起到 的重要作用。 1）培养学生利用网络资源收集地理信息的能力。 （2）培养学生分析处理资料的能力。 （3）使学生敢于探讨问题并主动与人交流。 1）培养学生爱国主义精神。
