1.大学英语四级听力训练的作用就是让大家听懂听力，当然在之前，大家的基础知识一定要扎实。毕竟如果连单词都不认识，那就别提听得懂听不懂的问题了。
2.要养成每天朗读的习惯。朗读不仅是在练习大家对于单词的读音，也是在培养英语的语感，这对于英语复习的作用很长远。大家朗读历年真题的文章就行了，真题的文章都很好。
3.多听听力音频，这是大学英语四级听力训练的重点。听的时候听历年的真题听力音频就行了，真题的音频是最好的资料（可以在零元课网站下载）。在听的时候要注意两点，一是要做到精听，对于听力反复的听，直到听懂为止；二是要做到量的积累，只有多听才能够培养大家的英语语感。
4.练习历年真题。虽然说听力进行了改革，但是主力分值题型并没有变，真题还是有很高的练习价值的。大家在练习真题的时候要“精做”，就是要把真题听力的知识点都要
