摘要：今年是我国进入改革开放的第三十四个年头，也是我国进行“十二五”计划关键的一年，几十年的风风雨雨，使我国的经济发展得到了巨大的提升，人民生活水平和城市发展速度发生了本质上面的改变。随着社会进程的发展，房屋建设项目从立项阶段一直到工程项目施工完毕交付使用，已经有了一套较为完善的体系。这为我国房屋建设工程项目施工质量做出了很大的保障。在进行房建施工时，往往有些地方得不到施工单位的重视而最终发生了质量问题，所造成的后果是惨重的。文章作者对此类问题进行了归纳和整理，相继考察了多个在建房建工程和已建工程，对其中的质量问题进行了分心，并对此进行了深入的探讨。
