2016—2017学年度第二学期教学工作计划 紧密结合“十三五”规划的要求,以实施课程建设和深化课程改革为重点,按照《南开区教育局2016--2017学年度第二学期工作要点》要求,以“五环导学”教学模式为抓手,立足课堂,实施高效课堂教学;以艺术、体育课程为突破口,积极推进拓展型课程建设;继续实践探索学校中小幼衔接一体化的实践研究,实施非统测年级多元评价方式和手段,落实减负精神。以全面提高教学质量为核心,多途径引领教师提高课堂教学力和学生的学习力, 一、深入推进学校特色读书活动,加快学校课程文化建设。 具体工作: 1、以特色读书活动为途径,提高教师的教育智慧。 具体做法:以“读书点亮智慧”为主题在教师中开展读书“四个一活动”即每位教师制定一份读书计划(表格);每周完成一篇读书摘记(稿纸);每月结合读书心得写一篇教育叙事(电子版,格式同反思);每学期参加一次教师读书论坛,交流读书心得,分享教育智慧。 2、以国学教材为载体,开展学生经典诵读活动。 具体做法: 以学校自编古诗文诵读教材和《三字经》、《弟子规》等国学经典篇章为抓手,通过环境熏陶、学习欣赏、拓展阅读、诵读实践、活动展示等途径上好兴趣组的国学诵读课程,感悟国学的魅力,扩展古诗文阅读量,感受中国传统文化语言文字的魅力,培养语感和健康的审美情趣,提高动手实践能力,规范自己的言行,在潜移默化中形成正确的人生价值观,提高核心素养,以此深入推进学校特色读书活动建设。 具体安排:本学期开展两次展示活动。一次诗配画展示,一次国学经典诵读竞赛。3、积极推进学校拓展型课程的开发和建设 (1)1至6年级每周开设一节口琴校本课程,自主开发教材,由具有专长的专职教师负责教学,做到专课专用,逐步培养一定规模的表演队,在区校艺术活动中进行展示,培养学生的艺术兴趣和特长,为学校特色课程奠基。 (2)在学校原有特色武术项目的基础上,抓住我校被认定为区级武术传统体育项目学校的契机,继续深入与天津智诚武术文化发展有限公司的合作,双方签订合作协议,由该公司提供教材,制定训练计划,派遣专业武术教练来校指导武术教学,开发学校武术课程,每周二下午进行校级武术队的训练,每天大课间活动进行全校武术操的训练,以点带面,定期组织开展展示活动,进一步拓展学校特色课程建设,提高学生的身体素质。
