初中英语词汇手册

前言

《初中英语词汇手册》是依据教育部颁布的《基础教育国家英语课程标准》，参考目前使用的外研版初中《新标准英语》教材中的词汇，结合初中英语的教学实际 ,并根据初中生英语学业评价的基本要求编写而成的。

众所周知，词汇学习是英语学习的最基本元素。根据《国家英语课程标准》对初中毕业的五级要求，初中生应掌握 1500~1600 个常用词汇。而目前同学们所使用的教材中的词汇与课程标准又存在着不完全一致的现象。所以，许多教师和学生盼望我们能够为大家提供一本可资教与学参照的词汇手册。鉴于此，我们根据大连市初中英语教学的具体实际，着眼于学生日后英语学习的衔接，特为广大中学生编写了本词汇手册。

本书有如下特点：

1、每个单词均标明了词性和汉语释义。

2、每个单词的释义均为英语课程标准的五级要求。

3、汇集了重要的短语于其中。

4、参照了《义务教育英语课程标准》（修订稿）拟采用的词汇表。

5、所列词汇均为掌握要求。新课程强调尊重学生的个体差异。本词汇手册只是面向全体初中学生的基本词汇要求。如果同学们学有余力，我们则鼓励大家在此基础上不断学习，扩大词汇量，为自己的英语学习打下更为坚实的基础。

本手册既可作为初中毕业生进行自我学习评价的参考，也可作为英语教师的教学参考。由于新教材的不断修订，《义务教育英语课程标准》（修订稿）尚未正式下发，加之我们水平有限，书中难免有纰漏，敬请读者指正。
