桂枝葛根汤治疗颈椎病的临床疗效分析

[摘要] 目的探讨桂枝葛根汤治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选择颈椎病患者80例，按照数字随机法分为2组，各40例，对照组使用止痛剂、镇静剂、维生素B1、B12等药物处理，并结合牵引治疗，观察组则在对照组的基础上使用桂枝葛根汤，连续治疗14d后比较两组患者治疗后不同时间点疼痛VAS评分，并统计两组整体临床疗效。结果两组均从治疗后3d开始其疼痛VAS评分显著低于治疗前，且观察组从治疗后3d开始其疼痛VAS评分低于同期对照组（P＜0.05），观察组优良率为57.5%，显著高于对照组的27.5%（x2=7.366，P=0.007）。结论针对颈椎病患者使用桂枝葛根汤，能显著缓解患者疼痛症状，提高临床治疗效果，值得临
床推广。

Analysis of clinical efficacy of cassia twig kudzu decoction in treatment of cervical spondylosis PAN Huiqin

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of cassia twig kudzu decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods Eighty patients with cervical spondylosis were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the random number method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received analgesics,sedatives,vitamin B1 and B12 and other drug treatment combined with traction treatment. The observation group received cassia twig kudzu decoction on the basis of the control group. After 14 days of continuous treatment,the two groups of patients'VAS scores at different time points after the treatment were compared and the overall clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed. Results After 3 days of treatment, the pain VAS scores of both groups began to become significantly lower than those before treatment. After 3 days of treatment, the pain VAS scores of the observation group began to become significantly lower than those of the control group in the corresponding period (P＜0.05).The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 57.5%,which was significantly higher than the27.5% of the control group (x2=7.366, P=0.007). Conclusion The application of cassia twig kudzu decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis can significantly relieve the patients'pain and improve the clinical treatment effects, thereby worthy of clinical promotion.
