一、实习时间

二、实习地点

1.笔译讲解与演练在翻译工作坊实验室A206，学生的自主练习地点由学生自主选择。

2.八大三人纪念馆。

三、实习目的

1. 综合考核我校英语专业本科三年级学生是否已经达到《高等学校英语专业教学大纲》中对该层次学生的笔译能力的要求；

2. 考核学生对基本翻译理论的理解程度和运用各种笔译基本技巧的能力；

3. 全面考评学生在实际翻译工作中相关的听、说、读、写、译等各项基本能力；

4. 综合考核学生在商务翻译工作和相关工作中实际问题的应对和处理能力，使学生熟悉商务工作中译者的工作任务和流程，初步形成一个译者的职业意识。

四、实习情况简介

经学校安排（经自行联系），本人于2011年12月26日至2011年12月30日期间进行了笔译实习，实习工作内容为三个阶段，分别为翻译实战，翻译演练，实习报告。现总结如下：第一部分，八大山人纪念馆陪同翻译；第二部分，中国企业在美国市场调研报告翻译及PPT 演练；第三部分，实习报告的完成。

五、实习内容

实习内容包过两个大部分：第一部分为八大山人纪念馆陪同翻译，是中译英；第二部分为中国企业在美国市场调研报告翻译及PPT演练讲解，是英译中。我们的实训同样分小组进行，我是我们组的组长，我们组共六人。

首先介绍第一部分。我们在老师的带领下来到八大山人纪念馆参观。由于我们本组翻译的主题为从文化艺术的角度欣赏八大山人的辉煌成就，在来八大山人纪念馆之前，我们组对八大山人的艺术风格以及他的辉煌成就进行了一定的资料查找与了解，便于我们在有一定的背景知识下进行翻译。来到纪念馆后，我们进行参观拍照并且对一些资料收集记录，以便掌握这一特殊文体资料的翻译方法和注意事项。然后由我为组员平均分配翻译任务，翻译时，要结合八大山人历史背景并运用各种翻译技巧。最终上交组负责的翻译活动中所涉及的历史文化背景资料翻译（中英文）。

第二部分是翻译演练，要求选择一家国内知名企业作为其假设客户。该企业计划将其产品打入美国市场，并积极寻求当地合作伙伴，为此专门聘请了美国当地专业市场调研公司进

行了一次较为广泛的市场调研。每组学生即该市场调研公司的中文翻译，并负责与中国客户的沟通任务。我选择的是海尔公司，要把其生产的热水器打入美国市场。我们完成英文调研报告后开始翻译。商务英语笔译是一项需要耐心和精力的工作，它是以商务方面的资料为依据，要求翻译者对其进行全面，准确，快速的翻译，语言要表达准确，意思清晰。由于商务英语笔译的翻译材料大部分都是非文学的，例如合同，客户资料，商业等专业性文件，所以它的要求就更为严格，苛刻，同时又必须符合“信，达，雅”的原则，难度相当的大，其中要用到大量的专业术语，范围不仅仅包括我们平时上课时所认识的，更多的需要我们通过各种可行的渠道去查阅，具有很强的专业性。这就要求我们在翻译时要严谨，不能给读者以错觉。

这次实习主要针对商务合同的翻译进行重点突破，花了整整几天的时间才磕磕绊绊的翻译一个调研报告，感觉到了前所未有的压力，也突出了自己眼高手低的缺点，平时课堂上老师讲的用的寥寥无几，更多的是靠自己查资料来获取准确的信息。其中有些既晦涩又在网上很难查的一般都给不了，这些都给刚开始翻译的我造成了各种各样的阻碍，往往会遇到原文看不懂或者觉得语法别扭不对的情况，这时候需要更大的耐心和毅力，需要坚持，对商务合同中的一些专业术语进行重点突破，查阅各种资料，在网上搜索各种专业术语，一点一滴的翻译，练得多了，慢慢就变的更加熟悉了，速度和质量慢慢的有所改善，当然和真正意义的笔译质量还是有相当的差距的。

工欲善其事，必先利其器。商务英语笔译也同样如此，它需要通过大量的网上资料和翻译软件来进行协助翻译，因此在掌握商务英语基础的同时，电脑成为了我们读取翻译资料的利器。在实习的过程中我们不难发现，其实很多相当一部分的专业术语需要我们通过电脑来进行翻译来完成，基于此我们也有必要掌握一些简单的电脑知识和电脑软件，例如Word文档，PPT等等。看来要作为一名合格的笔译工作者，电脑知识也是其必要的一个方面。

下面说说PPT的制作与演练。我们小组成员分配好任务完成并讲解各自的PPT部分，然后再到我这里汇总。我负责的是制作讲解如何确定及查找市场调研报告资料，分配翻译任务，翻译案例讲解。内容包括我如何确定调研信息以及对美国市场哪方面以及怎样进行调研。再由我的组员们进行讲解翻译中所运用的技巧以及翻译过程中遇到的困难以及解决方案，最后进行总结。

在实习的过程中常常出现翻译质量不合格的问题，这些对我们初步介入笔译领域的初学者是司空见惯的，没必要害怕，但同时是必须要引起我们的重视的，所谓熟能生巧，这个工作就更要求我们不断的进行练习，不断的进行知识积累。这次实习对我们来说就是一个十分

难得的机会，辅导老师给我们的作用也是希望我们能有更多的机会去接触并练习商务英语笔译，这些都有助于我们提高翻译水平和翻译质量。众所周知，商务英语笔译是很枯燥无味的工作，大部分的时间我们都是花在了凳子上，但是这同时也是对我们的一种挑战，能锻炼人的毅力。短短的两周实习时间，虽然短暂，但是对我们来说是尤为重要的，要好好的利用这次机会，认真的完成辅导老师给我们的练习和作业，不断的对我们的翻译能力和思维进行锻炼，严格要求自己，正所谓“不积硅步无以至千里”。对于调研报告翻译中的问题要弄个彻彻底底的明白，对于翻译的质量要精益求精，努力克服自己的不足，尽最大的努力积累经验，为以后的毕业工作打下坚实的基础。

六、实习小结或体会

通过本次为期五天的实习，让我真正的感觉到了商务英语笔译的难度和责任，我们作为刚刚起步的初学者距离合格的笔译者还有相当大的一段距离，需要学的东西和知识还有很多，尤其是专业知识的欠缺，动手能力的不足等等，我也明白这些不是一天两天就能弥补的，但是我相信只要通过我不懈的努力是可以不断缩小差距的，我坚信自己能做到这些。

通过本次实习使我能够从理论回到实践，更好的实现理论和实践的结合，为以后的工作和学习奠定初步的知识，使我能够亲身感受到由一个学生转变到一个职业商务英语笔译工作者的过程。

人们常说：大学是个象牙塔。确实学校，学习与工作，学生与员工之间存在着巨大的差距。但这次实习确实也为我们提供不少学习与了解真正笔译者的机会，让我们在脑子里对商务英语笔译有个很清晰的概念，再加上以后我们的工作经验，定能在这条道路上创出一片天地，能在这条道路上走的更远！

If he had just listened to his own words, Goizueta might have been an even better CEO. Differentiation. This is one of Jack Welch’s favorite concepts —the idea that managers should treat different employees very differently based on performance. Welch liked to differentiate with salary, bonus, and stock options, but now, in what must henceforth be known as the post-Provenzano management era, we can see that GE’s great management thinker just wasn’t thinking big enough. This Times article is tantalizing and frustrating. In just a few sentences it opens a whole new world of management, yet much more surely remains to be told.
