Party A applies for the certification of its quality management system to Party B. The details of the application are given by the filled-in application form – see attachment 1. Party A accepts the quotation - see attachment 2- with the prices for therein specified services issued by Party B.

甲方向乙方申请对其质量体系进行认证。有关认证的内容和步骤见附件1的申请表甲方接受乙方的报价-见附件2。此附件同时说明了乙方所提供的认证服务的内容。

Party B will perform the services as requested by Party A and as specified in the application form – see attachment 1.

Terms of Payment/付款方式

? Before the issue of auditing plan, 50% of the total certification costs shall be paid.

在审核计划发放前，付50%的预付款。

? The remaining of the total certification costs shall be settled before the issue of the Certificate.

在颁发证书前，应将剩余的认证费用付清。

? The Annual Follow-up Costs and Annual Certificate fee shall be paid before the follow-up audits.

应在年度跟踪审核前，将跟踪费用和年度证书费付清。

? The actual average foreign exchange rate of The Bank of China on the date of payment is valid if the payment were in RMB.

贵司如果以人民币支付以上款项，汇率以付款当日的中国银行美元兑换人民币中间价为准。
