From my personal view, except the economic stimulations the most importance for the bridge is to decrease the human activities, such as shipment and ferrying travelers, on the sea. To something worse, the turbines of ships can jeopardize sea mammals heavily. Dolphins, for instance, are often harassed by unregulated frequency from ships proceeding and therefore twined into the sharp blades of turbine.

The major construction work on the world’s longest cross-sea bridge, which connects Zhuhai in Guangdong Province with Hong Kong and Macao, was completed Tuesday.
